Supply only of all Weather floor protector Paints in Camouflaging pattern RGB Values variation from 110 to 171 by using enriched with PU water based paint available with different colour , having the high gloss , high adhesion property , high abrasion resistance property , green pro certified . No addition of Lead , Mercury and Chromium , having the VOC of 70 – 75 gm /L, should have the gloss level of 20- 25 at 60 degree on a glass plate when released at 300 micron DFT applied by Box Coater and 4 to 5 colour shades as per approved pattern as per sample approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The tenderer shall take into consideration for the following points while quoting the rates :- (i) The material procured by contractor shall be entered in MB by Engineer-in-Charge on date wise before execution on work. (ii) The % of the colours of paint supplied may change without any financial effect. (iii) All the material which is required to carryout above mentioned work have to be deposit in the store of AGE B/R -II Sub Divn and same will be issued to contractor on daily basis as per requirement for caryinng out the work. (iv) The material shall be procured from authorised dealers of following makes and orginal vouchers shall be produced to Engr-in-charge before commencement of work. (v) The rate included one prime coat and one coat of paints with cost of DIY preparation as per manufactured instructions.

Labour only for for preparing un-decorated old surface of concrete floor of Tarmac, dispersal, blast pen and taxi tracks by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc,removing grass/vegetation along edge of tarmac upto 30 cm, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with using air compressor to remove all loose dirt complete and applying one coats of all Weather floor protector Paints in Camouflaging pattern @ 0.10 litre per sqm over and including priming coats of weather coat floor protector primer of same make applied @ 0.07 litre per sqm as per new Sigma pattern generated by Station Authority, applied through brush and RGB values variation from 110 to 171 by using enriched with PU water based paint available with different colour , having the high gloss , high adhesion property , high abrasion resistance property , green pro certified . (ii) Air compresor provided by the contractor. (iii) Work shall be executed in the technical area, unit rate quoted to be deemed inclusive of these aspects. (iv) The work shall be carried out through authorised and qualified applicators of the manufacturer only. (vi) The rate is included all above.

Demolition of cement concrete in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer imn Charge.

M&L for cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded aggregate), as in kerbs, mud stops, top of lights, pits, copping rounded plain cement concrete as in kerbs/ covet fillet complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
