REPAIR OF HIGH MAST LIGHT, LED STREET LIGHT, TIME SWITCH, SOLAR LIGHT AND CONNECTED WORK AT TAJ VIEW, 411 ENGR REGT, 6 PARA UNIT, MH OFFICER MESS, 32 C MALL ROAD, GWALIOR ROAD, KB LINE ETC EAST SIDE AREA UNDER GE (EAST) AGRA

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing exeavated material n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor ISI marked confirming to IS 7098 Part-I of size 10 sq mm 4 core in trench/floor/on pole/wall including taken out old unserviciable cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for drilling suitable dia horizontal bore holes for insertion/ laying of 40 mm to 90 mm bore HDPE pipe of any description below/under existing road surfaces / floors at a level not less than 0.60 metre etc with using mechanical / or manual devices as required at site including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing after laying pipes complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Cost of equipment tools and plant material (horizontal boring rig machine) required for boring shall be arranged by contractor at no extra cost to the Govt.

Supply and fix in repair street light timer switch with voltage mounting device enclcosed in SMC Enclosure for automatic and manual switching of street light based on LUX level of natural light , The sensor along with suitable power contactor MCB support terminal shell be housed in enclosure complete made out of anti rust/ shock proof/ termite proof/ confirming to IP 66 suitable for 5-8 KW (32 Amp Per phase) load compete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in repair junction/looping box alongwith clamps complete, pole mounted right hinged looping box of size 300mm x200mm x105mm with MCB 6 to 10 Amp capacity, aluminum bus bar-4 Nos fixed on ebonite insulator suitable capacity for 3 phase and neutral complete with necessary MS clamp made of 25 x3 mm MS flat, bolts, Nuts, washers etc for fixing to steel tubular /rail pole including all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for renewal earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 M below normal ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 M below normal ground level , connected to and including galvanised iron strip 24x4mm dia as earth lead soldered and riveted to earth plate by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers, of galvanized iron or steel with connected to test point and testing on completion including 15mm GI light grade pipe for earth lead protection from earth point to earth plate, including provn adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with 35 % common salt to a packed thickness of not less than 15 cm in alternate layers of charcoal and salt on all sides of earth plate with 20mm bore medium grade GI Pipe for watering,GI check nut, funnel and wire mesh with and including all necessary excavation & earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling in, removal of surplus soil to a distance 50 metre,,PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 as in earth pit, 40 mm thick RCC cover using cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 reinforced with & including 8 mm dia mild steel TMT bar @ 100 mm c/c Both way with suitable handle for lifting arrangement & including form work complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part I 2009 and complete all as specified and directed. NOTES:- (i) On testing, after completion of Job, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing shall be redone at without any extra cost by contractor.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of LT steel poles 9 meter long, cross arms clamps etc for painting and M &L for painting with one coat of superior quality aluminum paint on exposed surface of poles and street light bracket mounted on the poles,junction box etc and paste reflective vinyl radium yellow and red of size not less than 10cm will reflect from the lights upto1.5 Mtr height from ground level and writing pole Nos etc. written on it with black synthetic enamel paint compete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED Street light 120 Watt 230 V AC out-door type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection, fixed to pole or wall of building with and including suitable Bracket made out of 40 mm dia GI light grade pipe, 1.20 m long bent to shape by cutting & welding as required & directed and fixed with two Nos of FI clamps 35x6 mm to be tightened with suitable size of bolts, nut and washers and including painted with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, and including connecting the fitting to electric source with & including twin twisted copper flexible wire of size 0.75 sqmm three core with suitable size flexible PVC conduit including all accessories and fixing arrangements for fixing the light fitting complete all as specified and directed.
