Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out as in soft/loose soil.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil

Excavation in post holes not exceeding 0.5 cum and getting out and returning filling in, ramming earth in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good in hard/dense soil.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50 m above the starting point.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm as in soft/loose soil.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete M-15(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Reinforced Cement Concrete M-20 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and Columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Precast Reinforced Cement Concete cover slab type M-20 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, set in Cement Mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in any position and removing debris to a distance n.exc. 50 m etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slab, floor slabs, landings not exceeding 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping) for rough finished surfaces of concrete.

Material and labour for TMT Bars Fe 500D 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required inculding cranking bending spirally hooping for columns etc and binding with MS wire ennealed less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling AC sheeting, thickness including eves gutter / rain water pipe complete & removal all as specified

Dismantling steel work including gates, rafter, purlin, roof truss etc complete all as specified & as directed.

Material and labour for Rolled mild hollow steel sections steel of grade YSt 310 conform to IS 4923-1997 in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, bracing and fastenings including distance pieces, cleats etc. Note:- The steel trusses shall be provide as per TD no CESZ/STD/26.

Supply and fixing of pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick and pitch length 75 mm c/c of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, tips, valley, gutters, length & girth as fixed with nail or screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 22.5 cm and not exceeding 30 cm long, dia of neck 16 to 20 mm complete all as specified and as directed

Material & labour of Mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe-410W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for GI Frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mmm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 7 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended form soffit at approx 900mm centre to entre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre, sutiable type GI wire hanging arrangement with adjuster all as specified in in SSR part-II page no 184to 186 and including 4mm thick high pressure steam cured non asbestos fibre cement designer board as per IS 14862 with applying of two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with bricks class designation 75, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm in Cement Mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even smooth without using extra cement to the plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick plaster in Cement Mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surface of wall and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, with water proofing treatment. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measure and paid separately

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of new plaster surface and applying two coats of 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre of required colour shade and as per manufacturer’s specification over a coat of primer over a coat of 1.5 mm thick cement base wall putty complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of new surface and applying 3 coats white wash on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces and and applying 2 coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali based primer complete all as specified and directed.
