Demolition including disposal of unserviceable materials and crediting of Serviceable materials of building named E Block inside CDM Complexcomprising of single storied RCC framed structure having brick infill walls, concrete flooring, doors, windows rolling shutters including foundations below the ground level completely and including Disposal of building rubbish/malba/similar unserviceable,dismantled or waste materials from the site bymechanical means, including all operation i.e. leveling, dressing,loading, transporting, unloading at approved BARC dumping ground after obtaining necessary clearances from BARC authorities for all leads including all lifts involved complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.The contractor will have to pay all GST,other levies/taxes, local Govt body charges (as applicable),fees and shall also bear the necessary transportation charges for taking the serviceable materials outside BARC & Anushaktinagar Campus. (Bid is exclusive of land below & surrounding of the buildings)
