Repair and Rehabilitation of Pipla Minor Bridge at 49.400 K.M on N.H31 under N.H Division No. VII

Excavation in Soil by Manual Means Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means including loading in truck for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres (Reference to MoRT&H's specification clause 301).

Hire and labour charges for staging with sal bullah for super structure of bridge (Major and Minor) including stripping off and removing clearing on completion of work as per design and drawing approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning the exposed corroded Reinforcement as well as worn out concrete by sand blasting with air compressor including all materials, hire charges of machineries and labour etc. all complete as per technical specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Guniting concrete surface with cement mortar applied with compressor after cleaning surface and spraying with epoxy complete as per Technical Specification (Reference to MORT&H's specification 2807).

Providing anti-corrosive protective coating to inhibit the corrosion to HYSD reinforcements including two coats of anti-corrosive coatings of consumption as per manufacturer's specification, cleaning etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical Specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/Epoxy (Reference to MORT&H's specification 2800).

Sealing of cracks/porous concrete (within the limits of practical pressure 100kpa -400kpa until refusal ) by injection process through nipples/Grouting complete as per Technical Specification (Reference to MORT&H's specification 2806). Cement Grout

Drainage Spouts not less than 100 mm dia of corrosive resistance material ,spacing not exceeding 10 m. complete as per drawing and Technical specification (Reference to MORT&H's specification 2705).

Flexible Apron :(Shall be provided beyond curtain walls for a min distance of 3m on u/s and 6m on d/s side ) Construction of flexible apron 1 m thick comprising of loose stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg beyond curtain wall (Reference to MORT&H's specification 2507.2).
