Amount

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surface etc incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing, washing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Demolition of reinforced Cement concrete in any position and any description including cutting of reinforcement bars of facilitate demolition complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M & L for providing pre-cast Reinforced cement concrete as in landing, cover slab (for man holes etc) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar items woth plain faces in cement concrete 1: 2:4 type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L RCC Type A-1( 1:1:5:3) using (20 mm well graded aggregate) for cover slabs, Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, and like complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete type C-1 (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in block masonry with solid block, exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement plaster 1:4 using water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement for finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) (WPC will be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on external surfaces of brick work, stone masonry or concrete surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply only water proofing compound(WPC) complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for two coat of cement base paint on walls including preparation of new plastered surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia bar cut to length bend to shape required incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Removing & cleaning of blockage from WC/EWC trap of any description and any position by removing sand/sludge/silt and other forein material deposited in it (either manually or mechanically) upto first manhole and making the seweage system functional to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Removing & cleaning of blockage from trap of bath rooms/kitchen sink/wash basin/Urinal point and gully traps of any description and any position by removing sand/sludge/silt and other forein material deposited in it (either manually or mechanically) upto first manhole and making the seweage system functional to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for Cleaning of sewage lines of existing sewer line of dia 100mm to 300mm bore, laid at a any depth not exc 3.m deep below ground level by mechanically means, using appropriate technological appliances as required at site, including manholes, inspection chamber, testing after cleaning and getting out sludge and accumulated solids/semi solids from connected manholes/Lines, removing the sludges/spoil min 250 mtrs away from MoD land and refixing the manholes cover, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for Dewatering/pumping/bailing out contaminated with waste material sludge from septic tank, soakage well and Manholes along with inlet outlet chamber of any capacity/depth by vehicle mounted sewage suction machine and disposing same out of cantonment area including taking off manhole covers and putting back the same after cleaning/ removing the liquid waste material of septic tanks and cutting holes through slab/ wall where required for inserting pipe and making good the same with cement mortar to match with existing surfaces to make hygienically fit, writing the date of cleaning of septic tank with black and white paint of size 150 x 200mm and finally spraying unslaked lime (bleaching powder), dry, around and over the septic tank all as directed and to the entire satisfaction of by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- 1. Qty of liquid sludge shall be measured for payment under this item. 2. Arrangement of Land for the disposal of waste is complete responsiblity of contractor. 3. Arrangement of suction machine is responsiblity of contractor.

M& L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work: not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping & Flat) rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5m deep for fdn etc for shafts manholes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5min depth and getting out hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Returning filling including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25cm thick each layer, as in soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for removing surplus excavated material(soil) to distance not exc 150m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Demolition of Cement concrete(unreinforced) any description and any position not otherwise specified provided for, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for chequrred cement concrete tile 25cmx25cm/20cmx20cmx22 to 25 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floor with grey cement and pigment over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fix, Vitreous China wash down water closet EWC (pedestal pattern), standard size, white (including fixing bolts flushing cistern and flush pipe) including plastic seat and cover white, closed pattern with flat bottom mild steel chromium plated or anodised hinging devices, connected to drains outlet including chromium plated steel jet pressure unit, fixed as in repairs and removal of old from site, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of existing water closet(squatt pattern) and foot rest with vitreous china(white) first quality water closet, Orissa pattern size 580x440mm with intergal foot rests, including 100mm cast iron 'P' or 'S' trap and 100mm cast iron sanitary connection socket to fit WC outlet, complete including fixing of flush pipe with seat and making good to disturbed floor surfaces to match with existing and making connectons servicable complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.
