Earth work in excavation below ground level in foundations, drain, trenches, pavements, manholes, wall footings, pipe lines, cable trenches, pits and over area cuttings etc. for all kinds of works in all types of soils except hard rock as classified in specification for all depth including removal of vegetation, shrubs and debris,removal of slush,muck, cutting and dressing of sides in slopes, leveling, grading and ramming of bottoms, dewatering of accumulated water from any source and keeping the surface dry for subsequent works and disposal or stacking of excavated material within a lead of 100m, as directed including providing temporary supports to existing service lines like water pipes, sewage pipes, electric overhead and underground cables etc. all complete, including shoring and strutting.: All kind of soils as directed by MIC.

Filling of available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth side of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth compacting Each deposited layers by ramming and watering lead up to 50M and lift up to 1.5M as directed by Manager-in-charge.

Supplying and filling approved sand in layers of loose thickness not exceeding 200mm including watering, ramming, compacting, leveling, dressing etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and direction of MIC.

Transporting and disposing the surplus earth, debris, serviceable bricks, serviceable materials recovered from dismantling of existing building and soft rock including shrubs and vegetations from construction area beyond the initial lead of 50m including re-excavating the deposited soil excavated earlier, transportation, loading, unloading, laying at all depths and heights, stacking, levelling and dressing both the area (viz. from where the earth is transported and where it is deposited) to required levels and slopes complete with all lifts as directed. For carting on the basis of truck/ tractor measurement ,voids shall be deducted as per specification as directed by Manager-in-charge. Lead up to 3.0 km

Hire charges for supply of construction equipment for miscellaneous work including cost of operator, fuel etc all complete as directed by Manager-in-charge. .-J.C.B Excavator

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared as directed by Manager-in-charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering, shuttering for all works at all depth and heights complete as directed by Manager –in-charge. (Cement free issue)-1:5:10 Using 40mm & down size stone aggregate.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering, shuttering for all works at all depth and heights complete as directed by Manager –in-charge. (Cement free issue)-1:2:4 Using 20mm & down size stone aggregate

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of M-20 (design mix) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per specification, drawing and direction of MIC (Cement free issue)- For all works in sub structure below plinth level.vel

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of M-20 (design mix) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per specification, drawing and direction of MIC (Cement free issue)- - For all works in super structure above plinth level

Providing and fixing shuttering ( Form Work) in position with necessary centerings ,bracings, propping etc and removing the same after the specifying periods for all types of shutterings for all plain & reinforced cement concrete works including all chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, nails, brackets, cutting holes for embedded steel/pipes & applying waste oil on shuttering surfaces in contact with the concrete ,all materials , tools, plants & labour at all heights complete as directed by MIC- For all depths below plinth level

Providing and fixing shuttering ( Form Work) in position with necessary centerings, bracings, propping etc and removing the same after the specifying periods for all types of shutterings for all plain & reinforced cement concrete works including all shape, size, chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, nails, brackets, cutting holes for embedded steel/pipes & applying waste oil on shuttering surfaces in contact with the concrete ,all materials , tools, plants & labour at all heights complete as directed by MIC-For all heights above plinth level

Taking delivery at NALCO store, transporting, cutting, placing, fixing in position tor/plain steel reinforcement of all diameters including the angles/pins provided for the approved welded joints at all levels & locations for reinforced concrete and precast reinforced concrete works including cutting , bending, cranking, binding, tack welding ,providing & tying with binding wire and cover blocks as per drawings, specifications and direction of MIC including straightening & decoiling wherever necessary, all materials, tools, plant & labour complete .

Providing and laying brick masonry work with fly ash bricks in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 sand) etc complete as per specification and direction of MIC. Fly ash brick shall be issued from Nalco CPP plant. (Fly ash brick and Cement free issue)- In foundation and plinth for all depth below plinth level.

(Fly ash brick and Cement free issue) (In case of non availability of fly ash brick as FIM by Nalco the work shall be executed against supply of fly ash bricks by the contractor and will be paid extra for supply of bricks under relevant item)-In superstructure above plinth level

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:6 for all height including curing, scaffolding, tools, tackles, labour etc. complete as per direction of MIC.(cement free issue)

Providing neat cement punning including watering, curing etc. all complete at all depth, height, and levels as per specification and direction of Manager-in-charge.(cement free issue)

Providing and applying with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint of approved brand i.e. "Berger Weather coat Long life/ Asian Apex Ultima/ of required shade including cleaning preparation of surface at all height and location with all bye work complete as per specification and direction of MIC. to give an even shade. Two or more coats including a coat of primer on new work.

Providing and applying with primer for premium acrylic smooth exterior paint of approved brand i.e. "Berger / Asian including cleaning and preparation of surface at all height and location with all bye works complete as per specification and direction of MIC. to give an even shade. (a)Exterior primer one or more coats on new work.

Providing and applying one priming coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture confirming to IS:2074 on old steel work including cleaning of rust, scales, dust etc. all complete as directed by Manager-in-charge.

Providing & applying high gloss synthetic enamel paint of approved brand of required colour of approved brand (Asian/ Berger) to give an even shade on wall / floor/ steel or wood work. as per direction of MIC. New work (two or more coats)

Dismantling/ demolishing of Brick work in cement mortar including cleaning, removal of plasters from surfaces, tacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within a lead of 100mtr as per direction of MIC.. -

Dismantling/ demolishing of Plain cement concrete including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within a lead of 100mtr as per direction of MIC.. -

Dismantling/ demolishing of RCC work including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within a lead of 100mtr as per direction of MIC.. -

Dismantling roofing (CGI /AC/ Translucent sheets) including ridges, hips, varies and gutters etc. and stacking the materials at departmental store including transportation etc. all complete as directed by Manager-in-charge. for all heights.

Dismantling of all type of structural steel works from all heights and location and returning to NALCO stores with all cost complete as directed by Manager-in-charge.

Fabricating, erecting & painting miscellaneous steel structure made out of M.S. joist, angles, channels, flats, plates rods, chequered plate, pipes rails etc. including the cost of all transportation from NALCO store, Labour, consumables, cutting, welding, grinding, applying one or more coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer and two or more coats of enamel paint of Asian/Berger/Dulux , tools & necessary hoisting arrangement, cutting grooves/holes for proper alignment , making pocket on RCC boundary wall if required & making good the same after erection with non shrink grout, scaffolding ,staging ,platform and making joints with old structure at any elevation wherever necessary etc as per the direction of the Manager-in-charge.( At any Elevation) (Structural steel will be provided as FIM)

Supply and fixing of MS. Welded wiremesh in the window and ventilator frame (Supply of welded wiremesh in under the scope of the contractor and angle iron frame and fixing shall be paid under relevant items)

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of MS gate as per approved design made with composite section of MS flats, square or round bars, MS tubes, MS angle, MS plate including providing sliding plates, lugs, pintols, locking arrangements, stoppers etc wherever necessary as per drawing including grouting of lugs, pintols in cement concrete (1:2:4), cutting of pockets in RCC/PCC/ Brick wall or welding with insert plate / supporting structures column and applying a coat of approved steel primer with all bye works etc. all complete as per drawing and direction of EIC. (Cement free issue)-All steel supplied by contractor.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets, plain aluminium sheets,ridges,flashings,gutters,crimp curves,barge boards etc (Sheets shall be issued as free issue material from Nalco store and/or from Nalco rolling plant ).The precoated sheets shall be of 0.50 mm TCT & 0.45mm BMT (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc aluminium alloy coating 150 grams per sqm each on both sides and would be supplied in single length upto 3 metre or as directed by Manager-in-charge. The sheets shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of minimum size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, adequate end and side overlaps complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces,ridges, gutters etc. excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses,wind ties etc and including cutting to size and shape wherever required as directed by M-I-C( Payment shall be based on covered area only )
