Sand pasting applying secondcoat of saturant, rectify air voids if any paste the river sand on it to make surface rough to take any further finished ( Mode of measurement : application of fibre area not surface area, if applied in multiple layers each layer has treated seperately, laping of fibre also to be included seperately).

Along with supply and apply a solvent-free, epoxy based, thixotropic, structural two part adhesive for fixing rod with Sikadur-30 LP (IN) having properties of Compressive Strength >90 N/mm2 (7 days) according to ASTM C579; Shear Strength >10 N/mm2 (7 days at 250C) according to FIP 5.15; Bond Strength >= 2.5 N/mm2 according to EN1542. Including Surface Preparation by creating groove of size 15mmx15mm cutting of concrete surface by electrically operated diamond cup wheel cutter and cleaning it properly as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Epoxy and CFRP Rod shall be supplied by single manufacturer
Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per technical Specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/Epoxy
