Dismantling/Taking out existing hessain base felt of any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab including removing dust, dirt and washing the roof and removing the dismantled debris to a distance exceeding 200 m but not exceeding 3000m spread and levelled all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with 3% integral water proofing compound over roof top surface finished to even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. Note :- Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately

M&L for applying evenly & priming with oil bound bituminous primer at 0.4 ltr per sqm for water proofing treatment all as specified and as directed.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) and on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls,ceilings etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on block masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4. finished to even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on concrete solid block walls in two coats first coat of 10 mm in cement mortar 1:4 & 2nd coat of 5mm in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with 3% integral water proofing compound finished to even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. Note :- Integral water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster on ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 finished to even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Supply only water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over chalk whiting, on plastered surfaces, preparatory to distempering, after applying 3mm thick wall care putty on ceiling all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in sub base /plinth protections, etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate in sub base of external flooring all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkat or frames exc 1.5 sqm but n. exc 4 sqm each without taking off shutters from the frame and removing to store all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded Prelam PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm prelam PVC sheet on back face,including 20 mm thick PVC lining around all 4 edges of shutter, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded prelam PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and prelam PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail;Panelling of wire gauze wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. Material and labour for rewinding of exhaust fan motor of 300/380 mm sweep with new supper enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge and number of turns and applying insulated varnish assembling including removing burnt out copper winding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rewinding of Ceiling fan motor of 1200/1400 mm sweep with new super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge and number of turns and applying insulated varnish assembling including removing burnt out copper winding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Energy efficient surface Mounted LED Luminire 18 watts 4' long, with acrylic cover complete with all accessories including necessary two core copper wire for connection from ceiling rose to connector of approx length 0.75 mtr all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Energy efficient surface Mounted LED Luminire 10 watts 2' long, with acrylic cover complete with all accessories including necessary two core copper wire for connection from ceiling rose to connector of approx length 0.5 m all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of 75 Watt LED street light with pressure die cast aluminium housing & toughened glass with IP-66 degree protection, individual LED's must have peanut lenses for better throw across & along the road with luminarie efficacy of greater than 100 lumen/Watt (Minimum lumen output of luminarie should be 6000 Lumens) including street light bracket made out of GI tubing 40 mm dia for fixing on wall/pole. The luminarie should have 5 KV surge protection, PF > 0.95, and total harmonic distortion of THD < 10%, voltage range of 140-280V should be provided. The manufactures LOGO must be embossed/Engraved in the housing of the luminarie complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Street light bracket made out of GI tubing 32/40 mm dia, light grade bend to shape suitable for below mentioned security light fitting with necessary MS clamps with one coat of red oxide and two coats of aluminium paint including nut, bolt, washers etc. all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with Galvanised earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth wire 4 mm dia by mean of nuts/bolts,check nuts and washers of brass as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR part I including necessary excavation and earth work, GI Pipe 15 mm bore light grade for watering with Funnel, wire mesh and protection to earthing strip shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 20 mm dia up to 7.5 mtr from the earth wire electrode, PCC pit chamber in cement mortar 1:3:6 type C-2 with 40 mm thick Precast RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B 0 with 8 mm dia TMT bar and handle with lifting hooks, adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt etc including testing and taking out old unserviceable any type complete all as specified and as directed. Note: GI earthing 4mm upto 7.5m height is deemed to included under quoted rate.

Schedule 'A'- Part III - External Electrification

Taking down of Old unserviceable Cable of any core and any size from any description all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sq mm 4 Core all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq mm 2 core all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth in hard/dense soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level for removing of old pipes or laying of pipeline all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth in soft/disintegrated rock getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level for removing of old pipes/ laying of pipeline all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in road cutting/ hard rock and not exceeding 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for taking out old pipe/laying of new pipe including making good the disturbed surface of road with same finish to match the original finish all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material of any type of soil/soft rock from site to a distance not exceeding 50 m away and depositing where directed not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & Laying in trenches Clear Sand/m- Sand for cushioning under ground cable 8 cm below and 15 cm above complete in level all as specified and as directed.Note: Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid separately.

Supplying & Laying precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm in trenches for protect to underground cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs LED post with die cast aluminium body and with white powder coated aluminium reflector and IP-65 protection of 40 watts capacity all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Thermoplastic Cable Junction Box/Distribution Board IP 65 with metric knockouts for cable entry of size 10 to 25 sq mm x 2 core including fastening clamp with LT pole, box size : 333 x 233 x 120 mm hinged cover with locking arrangements including, MS flat iron clamp 32x6mm with nuts bolts & washes, with terminals TPN strip, with 01 No MCB SP 10 A all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to copper strip size 20 x 3 mm thick by mean of nuts/bolts, check nuts and washers of brass as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR part-I including necessary excavation and earth work, GI Pipe 15 mm bore light grade for watering with Funnel, wire mesh and protection to earthing strip shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia up to 7.5 mtr from the earth plate electrode and refilling of soil including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt etc & earth work in any strata, PCC pit chamber in cement mortar 1:3:6 type C-2 with 40 mm thick Precast RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B with 8 mm dia TMT bar and handle with lifting hooks including testing any type complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Copper earth strip upto 7.5m height is deemed to included under quoted rate.

Supply and lay pipe galvanized, “Medium class”, including fittings 40 mm (1.5”) dia all as specified and as directed.

S & F LT MS cable route indicator 4" dia fixed with two Nos of nut, bolt and washers and provision of PCC 1 : 4 : 8 type D-2 using 40 mm grade stone aggregate of not less than 0.05 cum in each at base buried under the ground including necessary earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of Old unservicebale Street light/post top light fittings from PCC pole of any height/size from any description all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Earth Continuity conductor as Copper strip 20 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Air termination, single pointed, Copper rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long , mounted on aluminium base plate of size 100mm x100mmx 12mm rigid fixed on top roof height complete and insulated from base and taking out old unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal Head screw complete all as specified and as directed.
