FIRST FLOOR EXTENSION OF TTD CONTROL ROOM AT ALUMINA REFINERY, NALCO, DAMANJODI

1.1.1) Transportation/carriage of balance excavated earth after back filling,building debrish,waste material,other garbage materials for disposal at the specified locations/areas,lead up to 2km as per the instruction of Engg-In-Charge.

5.2.2) Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete of (1cement:1.5 sand:3graded stone aggreagates of 20 mm and down size) using Nowrangpur or approved quality sand, work in superstructure up to floor V level,roofs, slabs, lintels, beams,chajjas, coloums,walls in vertical or horizontal, fins,bressummers,shelves, suspended floors, landing, balconies, pillars,piers,abutments,posts and struts etc.in super structure at all heights including necessary curing, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost of reinforcement, centering and shuttering etc. complete( CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).

5.3) Add for plaster drip course/ groove in plastered surface or moulding to R.C.C. projections.

5.9) Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for foundations, footings, columns, suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves, lintels, beams, chajjas, girders, bressumers, cantilevers, pillars, posts, struts and stair cases and all types of RCC work at any depth below ground level/up to all heights above ground level in any floor as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

5.9.6) Columns,pillars, piers

5.22.4) Bending / Binding and placing in position high yield deformed bars reinforcement conforming to IS:1139 or cold twisted deformed bars reinforcement conforming IS:1786 for R.C.C. work at all height and depths, carting the same from store / issue points to site of work, straightening, cleaning, bending to required shape and lengths as per details, including supplying and binding with contractor's own soft annealed binding wire and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, spacers and return of unused / scrap / unserviceable steel to owner's storage point etc. all completed as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. [REINFORCEMENT STEEL / TOR STEEL SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE]

5.42) Rebar grouting by threaded rod fixing or fixing ribbed bars in reinforcement concrete columns /beams of any grade upto a suitable length for extension of reinforcement using rebar fixing chemicals (Hilti/Fischer or equivalent ) all complete as per direction of Engineer-In Charge (All materials to be supllied by the agency) for the following dia.

5.42.1) 16 mm dia re bars

6.4.2) Providing and laying brick masonry with fly ash bricks in foundation,super structure up to all hight in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand ) using Nawarngapur or approved quality sand with brick class designation 50 including curing and racking out joints,scaffolding etc. all completed as per the direction ofEngineer-in-Charge.( FLY ASH BRICKS and CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE)

6.2.3) Providing & laying brick masonry in foundation and plinth in any shape including all complete in Cement mortar (1Cement:6 sand), incuding cost of materials, all labours, curing, scaffolding etc. ( Ash bricks will be procured by the Agency and Cement will be issued free of cost at by Nalco from store )

9.21.1) Providing & fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS:2202(Part-1) non-decoretive type,core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters: 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

9.48) Providing and fixing M.S. Grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete.

9.72) Providing and fixing Brass fittings of approved quality with necessary screws etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

9.72.4) butt hinges 100x75x4 mm

9.74.1) Tower bolt 250 x 10mm sizes.

9.81.1) Handles 125 mm sizes.

9.82) Providing and fixing of approved quality bright finished brass hanging type floor door stopper with necessary screwes,etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

10.2) Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.(STRUCTURAL STEEL WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE)

10.14.1.2) Providing and Fixing pressed steel door frames conforming to IS:4351,manufactured from commercial mild sheet of 1.60mm thk, including hinges, jamb, lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25mm or base tile of 1.60mm, pressed mild steel welde or rigidly fixed together by mechanichal means, including M.S pressed butt hinges 2.5mm thick with mortarguards, lock strike plate and shock absobers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre-treatment of the surface as ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).

10.30) Providing and fixing glass panes with putty and door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

10.30.2) With glass panes of 5.50 mm thickness

11.3.1) Providing and laying 40mm thick Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone 20mm and below size aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry at top,curing work,shuttering etc. but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete as per the instruction of Engg-In-Charge. (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)

11.39) Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles (i.e. Johnson /kajaria/RAK or equivalent) of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in colours White,Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete as per the direction of Engg-in-Charge.

11.41.2) Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of sizes 600x600mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% of 1st quality ( i.e. johnson/kajaria/RAK or equivalent) conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., all completed as per the direction of Engg-In-Charge.[ ONLY GREY CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.] .

12.29) Providing and fixing false ceiling with 12 mm thick plain/ semi perforated or with design ceiling tiles of BWP type phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin bonded pressed particle board conforming to IS:3087, finished with a coat of aluminium primer on both sides & edges, including two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality on exposed face, fixed to a grid made out of anodised aluminium (with 15 micron anodic coating) T-sections 35 x15x1.5mm size main runners, cross runners 23.5x19x1.5 mm fixed to main runners placed 600 mm centre to centre both ways so as to form a grid of 600 mm square. The frame work shall be suspended from ceiling by level adjusting hangers of 6 mm dia M.S rod fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats and dash fastener. The suspenders shall be placed 600 x 1200 mm centre to centre including fixing to the frame with C.P brass screws and applying a priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (aluminium frame work shall be paid separately).

12.41) Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion,(Single socketed pipes.)etc. all completed as per the direction of Engg-in-charge.

12.41.2) 110 mm diameter

12.42) Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion etc. all completed as per the direction of Engg-in-charge..

13.1.2) Providing and laying 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6sand) including applying water to surface before plastering,scaffolding,curing up to 7 days etc. all complete for all height/depth etc. all completed as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).

13.2.2) Providing and laying 15mm thick cement plasterof cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6 sand) on the rough sides of single or half brick wall or masonary work using approved type of sand including applying water to surface before plastering,scaffolding including curiing up to 7 days etc., all complete for all height etc. all completed as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.( CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE )

13.16.1) Providing and laying 6 mm cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand) on concrete/masonry surfaces including cleaning , hacking concrete surfaces, scaffolding , providing drip mould if required, watering, curing etc. complete for all heights etc. all completed as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE).

13.37.1) Providing and applying white wash of 3 coats on new work on walls,ceiling of roof,stair cases, with lime of approved quality to give an even shade after cleaning and smoothening the surface thoroughly etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

13.42.1) Distempering with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper( ready mixed ) of approved make, after applying one coat of cement primer on walls and ceiling etc. of approved brand and manufacture on new work with approved shade to give an even shade complete up to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, as per manufacture's specification,including scaffolding,all complete. Area must be cleaned off spilled paints etc. after completion of painting works.

13.46.1) Providing and applying Acrylic Smooth exterior paint approved make & shade on walls etc. by applying @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm, to give an even shade after removing the foreign particle with wire brush etc. ( where ever required) on new work as specified at all heights including all labour , tools , tackles scaffolding , consumables and materials required for the work and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

13.50.3) With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised Iron/ Steel works

13.60.1) painting with premium Acrylic Emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coat on new work)

13.61.1) Painting two or more coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturers in all shades on all types of surface like steel / wood / concrete / plaster / for letterings etc. all complete up to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge ,including the cost of all materials,scaffoldings, tools, tackles and labours.

13.80) Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

15.3) Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

15.18) Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50metres lead.

16.68) Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of proved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

17.3.1) Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white vitreous china flushing cistern & C.P. flush bend with fittings & C.I.brackets, 40 mm flush bend, overflow arrangement with specials of standard make and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required : W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid

17.7.9) Providing & fixing white vitreous china Surgeon type wash basin (round /oval shape) of size 660x460 mm with C.I. brackets painted in white, with single 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps with elbow operated levers ISI marked (of reputed brand i.e. parryware/jaguar/cera/hindware/kohler) ,32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern,C.P.brass chain with rubber plug, 32mm dia meter CP brass trap & unions complete ,including cutting & making good the walls wherever required etc. all completed as per the direction of Engg-In-Charge.

17.29) Providing & fixing of ( Size 100mm x 100mm) sand cast iron gratings for gully , Nahni trap including all materials and labours etc. all completed as per the direction of Engg-in-charge.

21.1) Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with fixing of roller/ hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately)

21.1.2.1) Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodiccoating of grade AC 15)

21.3) Providing and fixing glass panes with putty and door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

21.3.2) With glass panes of 5.50 mm thickness

22.14.1) Providing and laying grading concrete with (1 cement:2 corse sand:4 graded stone aggrgates of 20 mm and down size) on roof with required thickness as directed by Engineer in charge, finished with 6mm thick cement plaster 1:3: and neat cement punning,including cleaning the surface,curing up to 15 days,at all hight/any floor,etc complete. (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).
