Dismantling of defective submersible pump set 10-15 HP with column assembly, pump bowl assembly of any size/capacity including disconnecting electrical and water line connection complete with lifting it with the help of chain pulley, clamp tripod and reassembling after repairing by lathe work and other machinery work as required and replacement of studs, nuts, bolts etc including re-fixing the same after making it serviceble in its existing position complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 01 here-in-before but pump set capacity 5 to 7.5 HP

All as per item No 01 here-in-before but pump set capacity 1 to 3 HP. Note (i) Defective spares for pump and column assembly shall be measured and paid separately under respective item here-in-after. (ii) After taking out submersible pump set for repair the contractor shall cover tube well with cap to avoid any accident. (ii) Defective spare parts of bowl assembly shall be measured and paid separately under items here-in-after

Dismantling of 01 to 03 HP Capacity defective submersible motor any make, cutting and taking out burnt out winding wire and M&L for rewinding the same with PVC insulated water proof conductor copper wire of best quality of existing gauge & turn and reassembling after replacement of bush, bearing, sleeves, grinding as required and polishing of rotor shaft etc including testing and refixing the same in existing position complete all as specified and directed. Note : Bush/bearing/sleeve/thrust plate shall be measured and paid separately under respective item here-in-after.

Supply and packing pea gravel of 2mm to 6mm size of approved quality as ordered to pack around the casing/slotted pipes in bore well complete all as specified and directed.

Developing tube wells by compressed air with minimum pressure of 10kg/Sqcm and minimum air discharge 450 CFM all as specified in IS 11189-1985 Para 4.3 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Compressor, pump, pipe and other allied items will be arranged by contractor and no extra payment will made by the department.
