Brick Work with Fly ash bricks 25cm X 12cm X 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance +2 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in Foundation and Plinth including watering curing, Cost, Labour, T & P etc. complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

R.C.C. M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade C.B. chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting laying hire charges of concrete misture,vibrator watering curing and cost of all materials and labour T&P centering shuttering etc complete but excluding cost of reinforcement complete. Weather coat painting two coats over a coat of primer to exterior surface including cost of all materials and labour with T&P etc complete in all respect.

Wall painting two coats with Plastic Emulsion Paint of approved shade & approved make over a coat of Wall primer & Putty to give an even shade etc including cost of all materials, taxes & labour with T&P etc. complete in all floors as per the direction of EIC.

Providing and Fixing tiles in floors or steps and landing on 12 mm thick bed in cement mortar 1:1 jointed with neat cement slurry with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and polishing but excluding cost of tiles (As per A.R. 89/15)

Supplying and Fixing a Display signboard at site made of M.S. plate and angles with writing details about the Project as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge
