The raw materials standard should be as per IS 2062 and for galvanishing as per IS 2633 and 6745 (Latest code), The governing standards for towers should be as per the specified IS codes directed by Depertmental engineer.(The contracter need to arange for inspection of towers at purachase factory at his own cost).

Supplying, Transportation from source to site , fabrication, galvanising of standard Bolts and nuts of various sizes and various lengths as per department approved drawing including all taxes and duties, lead, lift and head load, freight charges etc., the raw material standard should be as per IS 2633 and 6745 and as per specification as per IS code directed by department engineer at site.

Supply of ACSR Zebra Conductor as per IS conforming to latest as per specification including cost of all materials, labour, leads, and lifts etc., complete.

Supply of OPGW - 48 Fibre with accessories as per IS conforming to latest as per specification including cost of all materials, labour, leads, and lifts etc., complete.

Supply of line materials 120 kN Polimer insulators for Zebra conductor as per IS standard and departmental specifications including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete materials, as directed by the engineer incharge at site.

Supply of line materials 90 kN Polimer insulators for Zebra conductor as per IS standard and departmental specifications including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete materials, as directed by the engineer incharge at site.

Labour Charges for check survey, clearing jungles, carrying theodolite instrument, measuring span length and pit marking including cost of all men and materials as directed by Department Engineer at site.

Levelling the site and removing scrub jungles and earth by engaging 'JCB' with lead and lift, hire charges etc., complete.

Forming approach road by filling with good quality earth / quarry rubbish over slushy soil including cost of materials , transport charges all labour lead and lift etc. complete.

Providing temporary foot bridge with casuarina props for carrying men and materials to the tower spot in all types of slushy soil / water logged area / marsh land including cost of materials , labour ,l ead & lift etc complete (Width of bridge - 2m)

Providing working platform on the proposed tower location using good quality locally available filling earth to a specified height as directed by the departmental Engineer at site including cost of all materials, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Sinking well rings in loose soils, black cotton soil, sandy loam and ordinary soil under water including pumping if necessary etc., complete. for stub setting - (0-2 m First depth)

PCC 1 : 2 : 4 Grade using 12-20 mm HBG metal for padding and footing concrete without form work including cost of all materials curing, labour lead and lift. etc., complete.

PCC 1 : 2 : 4 Grade using 12-20 mm HBG metal for chimney concrete with form work including cost of all materials curing, labour lead and lift. etc., complete.

Plastering in CM 1:5 12 mm thick including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc. complete.as per standard specification and as directed by the dept. Engineer at site.

Labour charges for transport of Template including assembling of template, stub and cleat and shifting of template from location to location and reassembling the same including cost of all labour, transport lead, lifts etc., complete as directed by the department engineer at site. (The template will be make own arrangement by the contractor).

Labour charges for transporting and erection of towers with bolt nut including sorting out of tower parts tightening, punching of bolts and nuts and rectification of defects if any during erection. Under LC condition

Providing Pipe type earthing to towers including all materials G.I pipe 3 m length required length of Earth wire and welded with washer at end connecting with Tower leg and all lead, lift etc., complete.As directed by the Engineer at site.

Transporting and hoisting of 120 kN Antifog single tension insulators of 14 units including cost of all labour, lead, lift etc. complete. Under LC condition

Transporting and hoisting of 90 kN Antifog Suspension insulators of 13 units including cost of all labour, lead, lift etc. complete.

Installation of insulator strings complete with arcing horns & necessary hardware, stringing of 6nos of Zebra conductor (2 circuites) including all Labour charges for transporting and paying out, jointing, rough sagging, tensioning, clipping, providing vibration dampers including giving jumper connections for lead lift etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge with safety and precaution under L.C condition

Installation & stringing of 1No. OPGW including fixing of hardware fittings and accessories etc., complete for the line (Stringing of OPGW is to be done using tension stringing equipment) Under LC condition

Welding of exposed faces of bolts and nuts 1cm each at two places opposite to each other after tightening, punching to avoid theft of tower parts including cost of welding rods, hire charges for generator including welding rods and painting, with good quality of zinc paint on the welded portion etc., complete.

Strengthening of damaged tower legs with new absolute angles and welding continously and labour for fabrication erection galvanising wth all labour lead lift etc complete

Lowering of LT/HT Line during stringing of power conductor and restringing to the orginal position after completion of stringing work including cost of all labour,lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing special trussels for road crossing including cost of all materials lead, lift etc complete

Labour charges dismantling the existing tower and its parts all T & P devoluting to stores including all materials ,labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.L.C condition (Payment will be done as per actual devolution) -

Labour charges dismantling the existing Kundha conductor 6 wire from exsisting tension / suspension tower all T & P devoluting to stores including all materials ,labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.L.C condition (Payment will be done as per actual devolution)
