M&L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1.0Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying evenly a priming/ tack coat of bituminous primer with paving bitumen VG-30 @ 5 Kg/ 10Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder i.e. paving bitumen VG-30 @ 9.80Kg/ 10Sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings of 6.3mm size and again well rammed and consolidated with power roller (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of pot holes not exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/ tack coat of bituminous primer with paving bitumen VG-30 @ 5 Kg/ 10Sqm by using mechanical sprayer on black top surface of road complete all as specified.

M&L for bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete for 30mm consolidated thickness with minimum 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 12 tonne tandem vibratory roller complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete shall be prepared in hot mix plant only. (ii) Bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete shall be laid with sensor paver only. (iii) Binder content shall be tested at site as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam for consolidated thickness upto 75mm or less with using 19mm graded (Grading 2) stone aggregate with minimum 4.0% binder content using paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 12 tonne tandem vibratory roller complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Premixed bituminous macadam shall be prepared in hot mix plant only. (ii) Premixed bituminous macadam shall be laid with sensor paver only. (iii) Binder content shall be tested at site as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of existing bituminous road surfaces by removing dust, dirt grease and other foreign matters etc and after prepration of road surfaces, applying road marking having minimum 2.5mm average thickness with & including thermo plastic (Reflective) line marker paint/ compound of uniform surface finish conforming to BS 3262 (Part-I) 1989 read in conjunction with the MORTH specification 803 clause 4.2.2 on bituminous surfaces in white/ yellow colour and super imposed with glass beads conforming to BS 6088 read in conjuction with the MOST specification 803 clause 4.3.3 complete all as specified and directed. Make of Road Marker Paint/ Compound:- Asian or Thermoline as approved by GE. Notes:- (i) MORTH specification 803 shall be followed strictly for execution of work & suitable machine shall be used for the marking as approved by GE. (ii) Shape, size & pattern of marking shall be as approved by GE.
