Extending the exhaust pipe with 150 mm. dia MS black pipe (Thickness 4 mm) including connection with the existing silencer attached with the flexible coupler and S & F flange, nuts, bolts & washers etc. & necessary fixing materials etc. as required from DG set upto 2.5 Mtrs high of the near higher installation with suitable high temperature painting as per direction of E.I. C and Making insulation by 2" glass wool including netting arragement and covered with aluminium clading as per direction of the EIC.

Supplying M.S. angle (35 x 35 x 5 mm) (8 mtr.) 2.6 kg/mtr.=20.8 Kg

Supplying of M.S. flat 35mm x 5 mm thick required for net guard supporting purpose. ( 5mtr.)1.4 kg/mtr.= 7 Kg

Fabrication charge for construction of supporting structure with the above angle and flat incl. hiring of welding machine and fixing the same with the existing tructure and DG base.

Painting of any steel/ iron surface with no. of coats of paints as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint

One coat of red lead / Zinc chromate priming [7.c.(a) /H-2]

1st coat of synthetic enamel paint over the primer [7.d.(a)/H-2]

2nd coat of synthetic enamel paint over the 1st coat [7.e.(a) /H-2]

Supplying & fixing sheet metal (16 SWG) Iron Clad Busbar chambers on angle iron frame on wall, incl. earthing attachment and painting as required – ( As per Drawing no. 470 of PWD Specification Book – May 1991) 415 V, 63A Dimensions : 4 x 20x5mm, Box size: 500x150mm

Supply and delivery of following 1.1 KV grade XLPE armoured cables (Make: Polycab / RR Kabel/Finolex)

Laying of cable upto 3/4 core 25 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting.

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed as per EIC.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below.

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials

Supplying & fixing medium gauge GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required as per EIC. 25 mm

Supply and fixing of 240V, 50 Hz 1200 mm sweep A.C ceiling fan (rich brown) with burst-proof P2/S3 Capacitor (Make- Usha, Model- Striker Plus or equivalent model of Orient Electric Model / Crompton ) complete with blades, canopy, fork, rubber bush etc. incl. S&F connecting wire for down rod upto 30 cm incl. painting the rod with approved paint and making necessary connection as required by 2x1.5 sqmm flexible copper wire (without regulator) with submission of report and warranty certificate for atleast 2 years.

(i) Rate should be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes, Duties & CESS etc including GST) (ii) All materials, equipments & accessories must conform to relevant IS / IEC specifications. (iii) Necessary manufacturer's warranty certificate will have to be submitted during delivery of the material.
