Supplying, erecting STEEL CENTERING for sides and soffits inc supports and strutting for plain surface such an reinforced cement concrete slasp rectangualar beams tee or el beams lintels , bed blocks staircase in all floors of any height (the retrived materials should be taken back by the contractor) the payment for cenetering shall be given by the concrete is laid (bottom only)

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1 1/2:3 (One cement, one and half sand and three aggregate)using 20mm machine crushed stone jelly for all RCC items of work including vibrating charges and curing etc, complete

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of Ms grills for reinforcement rate incuding the cost of steel for all works (the rate to include cost of binding wire also).

White washing two coat using shell lime including cost of lime and materials such as brushed ,kanjee,scafolding etc, complete

Painting old wall surface with Two coat of Plastic Emulsion paint of approved quality including cleaning of plaster surface with soap soda and water by manual labour.washing plastered surfaces with soap, soda and water with soda lime etc.

Supplying and fixing in position Indian water closet of size 580 X 440mm, white glazed earthen ware of approved quality with 'P' trap or 'S' trap confirming to IS:2556 - Part XII with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 ( one part of lime, two parts of sand and five parts of brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to required slope and including giving necessary connection to cast iron soil pipes/ PVC pipes by dismandling brick masonry, reinforced cement concrete roof/floor slab and making good the disturbed portion to original condition without leakage etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
