Taking down old unsv copper/aluminium point wiring concealed / batten (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches,sockets,ceiling roses,bell push,bell electric,lamp holder,bulk head fitting, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting and any type switch board wooden/iron,round block etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc

Taking down old and unserviceable submain wiring any size of two core & incldung earth wire complete including batten/ conduit and make good the disturbed surface to match the existing surface, all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down old and unserviceable, distribution board any type including , MCBs etc after removing all connection and make good the disturbed surface all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down unserviceable MCCBS,MCBs,SP,SPN,TPN and isolator from the existing DBs complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring for one light/fan/call bell point controlled by one 5 Amp switch with 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLSH, PVC insulated (unsheathed) heavy duty cable including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 sqmm copper conductor multistrand FRLSH, PVC insulated (unsheathed) drawn into existing concealed PVC rigid/steel conduit & into existing CI/pressed steel terminal boxes including 3.00mm thick hylam brand IS-2036 marked, laminated sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc complete all as specified. Note : (a) wiring shall be done by using proper colour coding (b) Earth wire shall be of green colour (c) On RCC roof/celing PVC conduit shall be provided on surface with proper fixing clips all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
