Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated & depositing the surplus earth in places shown by departmental officers with an initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m and clearing and levelling the site etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four fine aggregates and Eight coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five sand) using best Country III Class Bricks of size 8¾"x4¼x2¾ from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3(One cement and three sand), 10 mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12 mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and erecting, centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheet of 90cm x60cm BG 10 gauge stiffened with welded M.S. angle of 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not less than 75 cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specification. (The payment for centering shall be made only after the concrete is laid. The retrieved materials should be taken back by the contractor)

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of steel rods using TMT. or Ribbed Tor Steel including cost of binding wire, cost of labour charges for fabrication and placing in position etc. Complete. Complying with std. specifications.

ReinforcementCement Concrete 1:1½:3 (One cement, one and half sand and three stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly for all reinforced cement concrete works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrator, finishing, curing, etc. complete as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Dadooing of walls with glazed tiles of size 15 cm x15cm x 6mm finished thickness with c.m 1:2- and polished with same color cement including all cost and convene of all materials etc.,complete

Floor finishing with ceromic tiles of 20cm x20 cmx 6mm finished thickness with c.m 1:3-20mm Tk and polished with same color cement including all cost and convene of all materials etc.,complete
