Creation of provision for installation of VT Pumping Unit at the available MS platform by way of cutting of suitable size opening in the chequered plate followed by providing and fitting of 200 mm size I-Section having a total length of 6 feet by way of welding as per the required design. The job also includes providing and fitting of 25 mm chequered Plate 2x2 feet (Approx) on existing iron platform as per the job requirement. All consumables, tools and tackles required for carrying out the job shall have to be arranged by the firm including power supply.

Fabrication, Providing and Fitting of Y-Junction as per site requirement to be fabricated out of 150 mm Dia GI C Class Pipe having a length of 20 feet. The job includes providing and welding of M.S flanges of size 200mm (1No) and 150mm (02 Nos) with required thickness to be fitted to the ends. The job also includes providing of all the necessary consumables including RI cloth, Nuts. Bolts, washers etc for carrying out the job. Make: Surya/ Jindal or Equivalent

Providing and fitting of DI double flanged slanted seat swing Check valve (NRV) 150mm dia as per IS 5312. The body of the Valve shall be of ductile iron with fully end capsulated EPDM rubber (Approved for drinking water). Make: Tallis /VAG or Equivalent

Providing and fitting of PVC insulated Single Core 35sq. mm Copper cable as per IS 694 along with thimbles as per the job requirements. Make: Havells/Polycab or Equivalent Note:- The test certificates of the cable from the OEM shall be produced at the time of supply of material

Providing and fitting of Digital type Ampere Meter of size 96mmx96mm with requisite Ampere range. The job includes providing of necessary wiring and connections required for fitting of Ammeter. Make: Rishab/AE/L&T or Equivalent

Providing and fitting of Digital type Voltmeter of size 96mmx96mm with arange of 0 to 500 Volts. The job includes providing of necessary wiring and connections for fitting of Voltmeter. Make: Rishab/AE/L&T or Equivalent
