Rough Excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) not exceeding 1.5mtr deep and including getting out in any kind of soil and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 Sqm on plan) including getting out in Hard rock (Blasting Prohibited) and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Reinforced Cement Concrete (Design Mix) (M-25) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Reinforced Cement Concrete (Design Mix) (M-25) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter, for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat all as specified and as directed.

S & F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per item No. 14 above but 6 to 8mm dia as in stirrups, spacers, binders etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F UPVC (SWR) pipes, type 'B', single socketed 110 mm bore in any length laid in RCC retaining walls as in weep holes complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Hand packing with broken stone or boulders (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level., complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (except hard rock) to a distance exc.250m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing new surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator) n.exc 1.50 m wide and not exc.1.5 m in depth for foundation etc n.exc. 10 Sqm m on plan and n.exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete block masonry (1:3:6) type C-1 with solid block, exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM (1: 6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M & L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred /stopped ends etc., all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and hard standing, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation etc., for drain complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching etc including necessary form work, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating all as specified and as directed.

Labour and mortar only (except stone) walling of random rubble masonry uncousred well bounded bedded and solidly hearted built in CM (1:4) , complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Serviceable rubble stone obtained from item No 1 above shall be re-used.

Extra over stone walling for Granite or Trap stone for Hammer dressing to faces stones and dressing of face of beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling un coursed or brought up to course with maximum depression on face straight edge held against the dressing surface not exc 40mm all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Flush pointing in CM (1:4) to random rubble masonry uncoursed or brought upto courses including raking out joints complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4),type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bonding stone for stone walling of any section indicated, with plain fair faces, and setting in CM (1 :4) complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Qty to be deducted from RR masonry.

M & L for forming 20mm thick expansion joints filled with pre formed bituminous filler for 200 mm average thick slab and front face & top face 30mm primed & sealed with sealing compound, grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for forming 20mm thick expansion joints filled with pre formed bituminous filler for 325 mm average thick slab and front face & top face 30mm primed & sealed with sealing compound, grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Plain, 0.71 mm thick Aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4 in expansion joints of Retaining wall complete all as specified and as directed.
