POLISHING OF WOODEN FURNITURE : M&L for preparation of surface of wooden furniture and polishing to achieve smooth & glossy finish. Polishing is to be done for following furniture items as under :- Removing old polished surface by using grinding machine, sand paper/ emary pape of appropriate grit (180-320), filling cracks or holes with wood filler matching the colour, sand again with 400 grit for smooth finish. Apply sealer base coat evenly, dry & sand lightly with 400 grit. Apply 2 coat of lakhdana polish with spray gun to achieve smooth surface letting each coat dry for 30-60 min. Final coat with touchwood (Berger/Asian Paint/ ) with spray gun to obtain glossy finish to the wooden furniture items complete all as specified as directed. There should not be any bubble & dust sticking on finished product. Spray is to be done in cross coat method. Shade of polish is as approved by GE Rest all as specified & directed.
