SUPPLY OF MS ITEMS

The Bidder should be individual Proprietorship Firm or Partnership Firm or Company Registered under Companies Act/ Partnership Act.Registration certificate /SSI Certificate / License issued by the Commerce & Industries Department or any other Government statutory Authority.

The Bidder should be a Manufacturer or Authorized Dealer for supply of the material/equipment specified in the present enquiry.A.In case of Manufacturer: Manufacturing License B.In case of Authorized Dealer: i.Authorization letter from the OEM assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per GCC.

The Bidder should have obtained orders from any Government Electrical Utilities/ PSUs /Any Govt. Factories for supply of not less than 80% of the tendered quantity (However it will be 40 % to Micro and Small Enterprises) in any one of the last 3 years (2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25)Purchase Order copies placed by any Government Electrical Utilities/ PSUs /Any Govt. Factories shall be uploaded.

The Average Annual Financial Turnover of the Tenderer should be not less than the amount put to tender (However it will be 50% with respect to Micro and Small Enterprises) during the last 3 preceding financial years (2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25)Certified copies of audited financial statements such as P&L statement, Balance sheets for the FY (2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) shall be uploaded.
