Repair / Replacement of unserviceable electric wiring , fittings and fixtures in Md Offrs Qtrs in Tarapore Enclave, Phillora Enclave and Central Emenities under GE(S) Patiala

Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, lamp holders brackets, bulk head fittings etc removing material for taking credit ( credit shall be recovered as per credit Sch attached) and also making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floors etc all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring with 1.50 sqmm copper conductor cable ( multistrand) FRLS single core PVC insulated cable in and including PVC concealed conduit with all accessories ie PVC gutties etc terminated including sunken/pressed metal flush box and white modular cover plate with frame for mounting of switches /sockets/ fan regulators etc and continuous earth wire 1.5 Sqmm copper cable PVC insulated FRLS controlled by one switch for one light/fan/sockets point/ all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge in ceiling Portion surface conduit wiring to be done. . Note : i) Eye/bottle thimbles shall be used for connection in switches/sockets & MCB's in DB's without any extra cost ii) Electric rewiring should be done in proper colour coding i.e. Red for phase, Black for neutral and Green for Earth.(iii) Cutting chasing whereever required including conduit pipe & making good the disturbed surface shall be part of job at no extra cost

All as per item No 2 above, but for one 3/5 pin socket outlet 5 Amp on the same board with other switches complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No 2 here-in-before , but for one socket outlet 15 Amps on independent board with 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor ( Multi-stranded) PVC insulated and unsheating electric cable 1100 volts (ISI Marked) including PVC insulated and unsheathed electric cable 1100 volts 1.5 Sqmm copper stranded conductor as continuous earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Modular Socket 6A/16A - 2/3 pin combined 2 module type all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for ceiling rose surface type, 65 mm x 50 mm two to three terminals / PVC / polycarbonate, isolated body fixed on PVC block complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for sub main wiring two single core PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with 6 Sqmm multi -strand copper conductor drawing in PVC concealed conduit with 4 Sqmm PVC copper conductor cable as in earth wire system ,including taking out old wiring complete all as directed.

M&L for Sub main wiring in PVC concealed conduit with 2 Nos single core PVC insulated copper conductor cable flame proof size 4 sqmm multistrand and 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated flame proof earth wire using suitable size of copper thimble all as directed

Supply & fix in replacement of existing unserviceable Sheet metal enclosure with new DB’s suitable for MCBs of single pole and neutral 8 way double door type with 200 amp rated bus bar. Note: i) Connnections of the MCB'S shall be done with appropriate size of brass/Cooper thimble. ii) The disturbed surface shall be match with existing shall be part of job.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB SP up to 6-32 Amp all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of existing unserviceable switch piano flush type single pole one way 5/6 Amp.

M&L for replacement of existing unserviceable socket outlet 2 in 1, 3 pin 5 Amp.

M&L for replacement of existing unserviceable socket outlet 2 in 1, 3 pin 5 & 15 Amp flush type.

M&L for replacement of existing UNSV switch piano flush type single pole one way 15 Amp .

Supply and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections, one twin core cable flat or circular stranded conductor size of 10 Sqmm, 2 core complete all as specified.

Supply & fix in replacement of existing unserviceable wall mounted fitting with Decorative, wall mounting, ss finish fixture with opal glass diffuser suitable for 7 W LED candle lamp.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB SPN 6-32 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement of existing unserviceable FTL with new techonlgy ultra bright led tubelight with aluminium heat sink & polycarbonate diffuser having high efficacy of capacity 18/20 Watt including box type batten pre coated CRCA body heavy duty including neccessary electric connection from ceiling rose to connector with suitable size of cable and making good the disturbed surface shall be part of job .

Supply & fix in replacement of existing unserviceable batten with BOX TYPE Pre-coated CRCA body, heavy duty regaL Batten for LED tube universal batten for G13 t8 lamps including neccesary fitting on wall and making electric connection from ceiling rose to connector with suitable size of electric cable and making good the disturbed surface.

Supply & fix in replacement of existing unserviceable mirror light with Linear & compact 9W mirror light with decorative grey end caps, polycarbonate body and ribbed opal diffuser of capacity 9 watt.

Material and labour for angular type lamp holder, PVC/ polycarbonate type with back plate suitable for 15/18 watts for batten fitting, including plastic square board of required size complete all as specified.

Supply and fix LED Bulb 9 watt.

Material and labour for call bell ding dong AC 230 volt single pole complete all as specified.

S & F new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED building security light 1x25 watts made up of pressure die cast alluminium housing with high power LED as light source and lense embedded PC cover having TOP OPENING separate driver compartment with IP65 protection and impact resistance of IK07, with all accessories including suitable bracket with 32mm bore light grade GI pipe bemd to shape, including MS clamp of size of required size and PVC cable 1.5 Sqmm twincore from ceiling rose to light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm tthick buried directly in ground(earth plate not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4mm dia by means of nuts bolts,washers,check nuts of iron or steel including test point PCC pits and RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 (type B-1) including iron angle frme 40*40*6mm. and medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm dia with funnel and wire mesh and 15 mm bore GI pipe light grade proection pipe including excavation and charcoal ,common salt surrounded with 15cm all around the plate all as specified and shown in EP-3 of SSR Part-I

S&F in replacement sheet metal enclosures distribution boards, double door three phase 415 volts 4 ways (one incoming three phase & four out goings three phase )for MCCB,ISOLATOR&MCB,s comprising three phase four wire copper strip bus bar of appropriate capacity complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following (a)MCCB FOUR POLE 100 AMPS AC 415 VOLTS 10 KA IHLGSF0100 =01 NO as incoming Note :- (i)The DB shall be VTPN series of MDS-LOADKONTAKT(ii) The DB shall be flush fixed ,and making good the disturbed surface matching with existing specifications shall be part of job at no extra cost.(iii)connection of theMCCBs/ MCBs with cable shall be made through appropriate size pin /bottle type thimble -properly crimped.(iv) all the vacant holes of the DB shall be provided with blank plates of appropriate size. (v) double continuous earth wire shall be provided for each three phase DB from earthing mains dolly.

Supply and replace existing unserviceable SP&N enclosure with 2 pole and Earth Metal Plug & Socket for incorporating 10A / 20A SPN / DP MCB With Plastic Coverearth complete with one single pole MCB of 20 Amp complete all as spd and directed.

Supply and replace environmental friendly, ultra modern, energy saving, surface mounted, decorative oval bulk head edge-lit led luminaire comprising of high brightness leds of capacity 10 Watt .

S&F IP 55 Surface mounted LED Porch light 12 watt in engineering plastic housing with clear plastic housing with clear prismatic diffuser.

Supply and fix in replacement of Recess mounted LED luminaire with more light distribution and clutter free ceilings of 36 watt suitable for gridd celling Cutout dimensions: 2x2 Model :Immaculate LED Trimless.

Supply and replace Led post top fitting 40W powder coated aluminium die cast and spun aluminium with clear/ opal diffuser suitable for landscape lighting in IP65 complete all as specified and directed .
