Half brick masonry with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth including curing in : a) Cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand)

Extra for half Brick masonry in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with a) 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto & above plinth level a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: a) Lintel, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia. and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): (a) Sal wood

Providing 40 x 5mm flat iron hold fast 40cm long including fixing to frame with 10mm dia. bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30 x 10 x 15cm in (1:3:6) mix with 20mm nominal crushed aggregate.

12mm Cement plaster of mix: (a) 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)
