Sch 'A', Part - I, HANGAR DOOR

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Hangar Door Automation system for Existing Hangar door (total 8 Nos leaf, Bi Parting, 4 each side) along with replacement of bottom track including repair of rail track and base floor with the following specification :- (i) Operating Unit : A traction drive operating unit consisting of a special designed gear box along with integral double flanged stainless steel drive wheel which acts a single unit for one of the bottom wheels incorporated with constant duty min. 3 HP Electric Motor gear drive unit with operating system of one master and one slave- 4 Nos for 8 leaf, IP-65 Protection with weather proof enclosure of motor gear drive, to suit electric supply of 415 V, 3-phase AC & 50 Hz With energy efficient rating having PF more than 0.85 along with 4 Nos for master leaf auto power cut limit switch provided, at top door side rope wire festoon assembly mechanism for 8 Nos leaf with robust construction. In case of POWER FAILURE, change over from electrical to manual operation is to be achieved by declutching the idler gear(4 Nos for 8 leaf) into manual position using which two person are able to operate the drive manually with handle and doors shall be opened by disengaging the Gear Box. Qty - 04 Nos. (ii) Bottom Wheels : Repair of bottom wheel with new specially design maintenance free ball bearing of 32 Nos for 8 leaf, Each door leaf is to be supported at the bottom on minimum of 2 Nos. Heavy duty double flanged mild steel track wheels 300 mm dia(min) or as per site requirement.The wheel assemblies shall be vertically adjustable, wheel assemblies shall be so that it permits removal of the wheel without removing the door leaf from its position on the rails. The machine wheel treads concentric with bearing. The distance between flanges shall not exceed the width of the rail. Wheel bearing Tapered rollers or spherical bearings, either internal or cartridge type, arranged so that both horizontal and vertical loads shall be transferred to the rail only through the bearing Bearing shall be tightly sealed and equipped with high pressure grease fittings. Qty - 16 Nos.

(iii) Top Rollers System/Telescopic assembly : Repair of Top wheel (100 mm dia) with new specially design maintenance free ball bearing of 48 Nos for 8 leaf Each leaf is to be guided at top by min 3 Nos wheel. telescopic assembly specially designed to compensate the allowable structural deflection, reduce to overall weight of the structure and ensure the smooth running of leaf across the clear opening. Qty - 16 Nos. (iv) Control Panel Systems : Each Door Control Panel shall consist of DOL starters and VFD, drive contactors, motor protection, control fuse holder, fused and indication lamps interlock contactors, limit / proximity switches, warning lights/ hooter, trailing/ bunching cable/wiring on the door after the main incoming power junction box. The incoming and of each control panel will be of MCCB 415 Volts, 63 Amps, 10KA and outgoing will be of MCCB 415 Volts,32 Amps, 10KA. Qty - 02 Nos. (v) Push Button/Switch Systems : Master panel is fitted with a pendant push button station. The pendant is mounted to the leading edge of the leaf on cord about 2 meters long that allows the operator to move from side to side to see where the door being drive. The pendent is hung up on a hood when not in use. The buttons themselves include “Move”, “Open Mode” (as required) and “Emergency STOP” buttons. The “Open”, “Close” and “Move” push buttons are the dead man’s type: the Emergency “STOP” button is a red mushroom-headed, "Twist – to reset” type. In addition, a “Power ON” indicator lamp shall be fitted. Master Panel shall be fitted internally with an audible and visual alarm which operates at all times the “MOVE” button is pressed and for safe period before the leaf is in motion under power. An Interlock switch is fitted to the internal access panels for the drive units to prevent any leaf being used it is open. On operation OPEN/CLOSE push button, the veriable speed drive control panel shall enable the doors to be stated and accelerated to their running speed by a smooth & gradual increase of the speed over an interval of time. Similarly, on receiving a confirmation from the ‘Pre- final” limit/proximity switch, the panel shall automatically decrease the speed of the door smoothly & gradually from running speed to full rest. Qty - 02 Nos

(vi) The following features shall be incorporated in the control system of the door. (a) The Control Panel shall be located as directed for easy operation and enable the operator to have a full view of the area during operation of the door. (b) Buffers: Heavy duty energy absorbing buffer stops are to be designed and to be provided at the extremities (16 Nos for 8 leaf) of the bottom track to cushion and stop the doors coming off the end of their tracks in an emergency situation.the gap bteween door should be covered with PVC rubber approx 200 mm width, 4-5 mm thick. (c) Metal Cleat at top guide to be provied for all 8 Nos leaf to protect from de-railing-32 Nos. (d) Wire brush are to provided for auto track cleaner-16 Nos for 8 leaf. (e) D shape Neoprene gaskest are to be provided and cover the gap to protect from water/dust/birds. (f) The OPEN & CLOSE Push Buttons are constant pressure (HOLD to RUN) and the EMERGENCY STOP Push Buttons is STAY PUT type and have to be twisted to release. (g) Emergency limit switch shall be provided at the extreme limits of travel just before the mechanical buffers. These emergency limit switches shall totally cut-off the control/power supply to the system in case the doors over shoot their normal limits. (h) Audio/Visual Alarm: Master door panel shall be provided with a Flash Light cum Hooter that shall start & continue to operate during the time door is in operation. Qty - 02 Nos (i) Key operation: An operation key switch shall be provided on each control panel to prevent unauthorized operation of the doors.

(j) SAFETY GUARD Each leaf shall be provided with suitable nos of cleats at Top & Bottom designed of suitable dimension which shall be capable of withstanding the weight of the door including incase rollers become free/ fails /break then door shall not fall from its rails. (k) All ball bearings to be of SKF/KOYO/WACNI or equivalent approved make. (l) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of supporting top and bottom rails and their integration with existing structure, hangar gates, E/M works and rail on which the hangar gate moves along with track details. Carrying out maintenance and repairing of hangar door during defect liability period of 02 years from the certified date of completion of work. (m) Suitabe drainage arrangement shall be provided to bottom tracks so that no rainwater accumulates on bottom tracks. (n) The floor damage while taking out old tracks shall be made good as per existing flooring while fixing new tracks and rate quoted shall be inclusive of this provision. (o) Contractor shall submit the 05 years written gurantee for Hangar doors and 3% amount of the total amount of Hangar door and parts (on account of any defect raised/ noticed during a period of five years) shall be retained as a gurantee and shall be released after 05 years of completion of work. However, contractor may deposit the FDR of same amount in favour of GE. (p) Payment shall be made to contractor only after successful commissiong and testing of Hangar door. Note :- (i) The rate quoted by bidder shall be inclusive of all the components mentioned above. (ii) Bidders are requested to visit to the site before quoting the tender to clearly understand the requirement of the work to be carried out. (iii) All work shall be executed by an authorized agency and shall follow the manufacturer's instructions (manufacturer make mentioned in Appx B-1 of Particular Specification and as approved by GE). (iv) The material/ items that are part of the hangar door shall approved by GE.

Material and labour for EPU SELF LEVELLING FLOORING 5 MM thick with and including following items :- (A) SURFACE CLEANING: Cleaning of surface free from dust, dirt, moisture & all foreign material from the floor. All floor is to be cleaned by means of scrubber. For floor cleaning all mechanized equipment's are to be used like scrubbers, sanders, blowers, moisture test (below 5%) machine etc. as situation demands. Surface shall be carried out as per manufacturer's instructions complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (B) PRIMER: Epoxy Primer: Providing and applying two component, low viscous epoxy primer having a volumetric ratio of mixing of resin and hardener in equal volumes to provide a DFT of around 200 microns,complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (C) Self-leveling Screed Providing and Epoxy based self- leveling screed with polymer to aggregate ratio not exceeding 1:3 by trowel to the desired thickness of 3800 microns. The mixing to be done correctly with an electric variable speed mixer thoroughly till obtaining homogeneous mixture. The layer is desecrated by spike roller to dislodge air pockets,complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (D) EPU SELF LEVELLING TOP COAT Providing and applying EPU based self-leveling top coat EPU SL 1000 to yield a thickness of 1000 microns. The material for top coat shall be supplied in pre- weighted packs (Resin, Hardener, formulated aggregate and EPI) and ready to mix and use complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The rate quoted by bidder shall be inclusive of all the components mentioned above. (ii) Bidders are requested to visit to the site before quoting the tender to clearly understand the requirement of the work to be carried out. (iii) Contractor shall submit the 05 years written gurantee for Self levelling flooring and 2.5% amount of the total amount of EPU Self levelling flooring (on account of any defect raised/ noticed during a period of five years) shall be retained as a gurantee and shall be released after 05 years of completion of work. However, contractor may deposit the FDR of same amount in favour of GE.

Material and labour for Filling of 12mm wide expansion joint up to full depth of concrete slab and field with HDPE Foam, after priming of HDPE Foam, PU Sealant to be apply in expansion joint complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Filling of Pot hole in concrete floor by Epoxy mortar (Resin, Hardner & Aggregate) complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Sch 'A', Part - II, Other B/R Works

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) in any postion of rigid pavment complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing 10 mm thick sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual , organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over DLC layer as specified and directed. (No additionaI amount to be paid for overlap) complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390 gm/sqm over tack coat/ sand cushion as per IS - 2508 with overlap between adjacent strips and a transverse joints as minimum 300mm complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The rates for laps shall deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for Pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45Kg/ Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean , hard strong, dense,non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360 kg/cum of cement with non-circular,virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240°C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.50 m width, including curing and tining by Texturing cum Curing Machine complete all as specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause -10.1.14 and Table- 9 of IRC:-15-2017 complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only polyester triangular fibres as secondary reinforcement in all types of concrete and mortars complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per description of Srl Item No 14.00 above but except bricks complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan to any radious in half brick thick walls in CM 1:4 complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Rough Cast Plaster on Brick Walls consisting Under Coat of Cement and Sand Mortar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in Plastic state the Rough Cast Mixture consisting of Crushed Stone or Fine Gravel mixed with Coarse Sand and Cement in the Ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish even complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation new plastered surface of wall, concrete surface and applying two coats of all weather exterior emulsion paints in camouflaging pattren @1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coats of exterior primer of same make applied @0.9 litre/10 sqm as per new sigma pattern generated by station authority and RGB value variation from 110 to 171 by using 4 to 5 colour shades as per approved pattern at a height n.exc 25 mtr as per sample approved by GE, complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The % of the colour may change without any financial effect.)

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on concrete/brick wall surfaces finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plain, aluminium sheeting 0.56 mm thick, Alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 6.0 mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in hangar roof, wall cladding etc.at height upto 20 mtr complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- All necessary arrangements like scaffolding, ladder, cradles etc will be procured by contractor for smooth execution and protective measures without any extra cost to department.

Supply and fixing of 6.0 mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent plain sheeting with side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in hangar roof, wall etc. complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Wire netting of stainless steel wire 1.4mm dia, size of mesh 12 mm fixed with tinned tacks of stainless steel wire staples including fixing arrangements as required complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Rolled mild steel in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde-250 ) quality - A complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of Stainless steel wind driven industrial air vent circulator with capacity 2700 CFM to be mounted on top of FRP bore plate size 460 mm x 1070 mm x 6 mm thick venture dome including necessary cutting of existing hangar roof sheets, ceiling with water tight arrangement etc, complete with supporting arrangements and having following technical specification of fan:- Throat dia- 590-630 mm, Body dia - 680-760 mm, Height = 430-450 mm Nos of blades/fins-35 - 40 (SS thickness of fins : 0.50 mm) Material of construction of top cover & mounting ring SS internal fitting (shaft, base frame & connecting rods) GI revolution mechanism double is sealed wall bearing and self lubricated nylon brush, fixing at site as per manufacturer instructions at height upto 20 mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Supply and fixing of 150 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with and including clamps of flat iron and nut bolts including dismantling of old CI rain water pipe etc in repairs complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 150 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius incl couplers (if required) complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Mild steel framed work such as hangar steel doors or gates of angle or other sections with gusset plate, rails, braces, etc as required at site or directed, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing confirming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing New or previously untreated Steel and Iron Surfaces of any description, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (First quality) over a red oxide zinc chrome primer at height upto 15 mtr, complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- All necessary arrangements like scaffolding, ladder, cradles etc will be procured by contractor for smooth execution and protective measures without any extra cost to department.

Material and labour for preparing old treated/ Painted Steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (First quality), at height upto 15 mtr complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- All necessary arrangements like scaffolding, ladder, cradles etc will be procured by contractor for smooth execution and protective measures without any extra cost to department.

Material and labour for anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Sheet glass, 4.80 mm of thickness, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of figured glass, 4.0 mm of thickness pin head type and glazing with oil putty in squares n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade,prelaminated both sides with decorative choice laminaions fixed with screw to aluminium frame complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with Galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.3mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) connected to earthing test point/transformer/panel all as specified or indicated and testing on completion as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, funnel, PCC chamber (1:36) type C-1, precast RCC pit cover with frame, charcol, salt including provision of earth lead protected by 15mm dia light grade GI pipe and 20mm dia medium grade GI Pipe for watering complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The unit rate quoted by the bidder shall include for GI water pipe, protection pipe, wire mesh, funnel, excavation, RCC pit cover, PCC, test point, GI earth strip/ lead wire from top of earth plate upto 7.5 mtr. (ii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 1.5m away from the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fixing junction, elbows etc. shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the bidder. (iii) Precast RCC 1:2:4, type B-1 pit cover shall be 50 mm thick. (iv) On testing after completion of earthing if the desired earth resistance is not obtained earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk and cost to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in Charge.
