Earth work Excavation for Foundation in all soils and Sub Soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and requiring the sides of foundation.upto 0.30m depth

Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed for foundation

Brickwork in CM 1:5 mix using country bicks including cost & conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for curing, compacting etc., complete.

Supply & Fabrication of steel including all cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for etc., complete.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports for all Rcc works etc.complete Below Ground Level

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20 mm metal for all items including cost & conveyance and labour charges etc complete.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing of UV coated Poly carbonite sheet 10mm thick tubular box section of l00x50x3mm of lmeter interval including priming coat fixing in position with all necessary accessories complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing of stainless steel including priming coat fixing in position with all necessary accessories complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting structural steel works etc., complete

Finishing the top of roof with Best quality vitrified tiles of size 600mm x 600mm x 8mm of approved colour, shade & quality laid in CM 1:3 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., and 2% of water profFing compound by weight of cement complying with standard specification.

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid step tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick. and pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to siut the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The Glazed tiles should be got approved from the Departmental officers before execution.

Providing the following thickness of Granolithic pattern floor finish with Plain Cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 mix using 10-12mm ISS HBG metal and the top rubed smooth etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed. Rate for 10 m2

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. [The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (waterproof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coat of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc., complete]. The Putty shoule be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick.in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.

Distempering in two coats using oil bound distemper including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Painting in two coats using exterior emulsion paint including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Painting two coats with approved quality Enamel paint over New iron work including cost & Conveyance and all labour charges etc complete.

Supply of Grill doors including cost and convyance and all charges etc complete.etc complete (1.20x2..10m)

Cost and supply of wood plastic composit door of size 0.75 x 2.10m

Supply of RCC Jooly including cost and convyance and all charges etc complete.etc complete. (0.60x0.45m)

Wiring with 2x1.5 Sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe Concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5a F.T switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC Wire of making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC Concealed light point / Fan point (for electronic regulator) SD.23

Supply and fixing of CFL Light fitting etc complete. (S.D. No.80)

Supplying and fixing in position Indian water closet of size 580 X 440mm, white glazed earthen ware of approved quality with 'P' trap or 'S' trap confirming to IS:2556 -Part XII with sand cushion and forming the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete flooring alround 1:2:5 ( one part of lime, two parts of sand and five parts of brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to required slope and including giving necessary connection to cast iron soil pipes/ PVC pipes by dismandling brick masonry, reinforced cement concrete roof/floor slab and making good the disturbed portion to original condition without leakage etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in positon Indian make white glazed earthem ware squatting type urinal of best quality and approved make including dismantling masonry, if necessary nad re-doing the same tomoriginla condition, etc., complying with standard specifications . (The squatting type urinal should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Brick jelly 40mm size for filling soak pit inner etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.
