Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) over 75mm thick bed of of stone aggregate 40mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with pulverized sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.

Providing flat iron brackets 50x3 mm size with necessary bolts, nuts and washers etc. for fixing G.S. sheets gutters with purlins.

Providing and fixing to the inlet mouth of rain water pipe PTMT (an Engineering Thermoplastic) grating square (Slit) 150 mm square with a height of 8 mm and weighing not less than 100 gms.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : a) Gutter (600 mm over all girth)

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : a) Old work (Two or more coats on existing cement paint surface applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm.

Providing and fixing uPVC moulded fittings/accessories conforming to HSN Code 3917, including joint with solvent.

Plain bend of required degree.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Providing and fixing brass bib cock of approved quality : a) 15 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing on wall faced unplasticised rigid PVC rain water pipe conforming to IS: 13592 Type-A, including jointing with solvent. a) 110 mm diameter

Providing and filling for filter media materials such as breaking plate (AC plain sheet), 7.5 cm thick coir fibre, 7.5 cm thick coarse sand, 7.5 cm thick Chorcoal and 7.5 cm thick stone chips 20mm as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
