Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2 mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and in -eluding priming coat with cement primer

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give even shade: Two or more coats on new work

Providing and laying of mud concrete under flooring complete job.

Providing and fixing of 1.5inch thick wood planking with T&G complete.

Providing and fixing of PVC paneling for roof having a length 10feet and having width 25cm and thickness of 5mm complete job.

Providing and laying 12mm thick plywood and tangue and groove wall paneling with polishing and complete job

French spirit polishing with Two or more coats on new works including a coat of wood filler.

Providing and laying dry stone pitching (any thickness) including cost of stone on horizontal level.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Crushed

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement: 2 coarse sand . : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.(a) Crushed.

Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary. Glass panes weighing 10 kg 1sqm.

Supply and fixing of the following light fixtures including all accessories like electronic ballasts coms etc, complete as required concealed/Tube lightning 20 watt 3000k, round LED Luminaries as per Philips

Wiring for changeover 63 amp and installtion with complete accessories and holes on the wall as required.

Supplying and fixing of 1 inch, 3/4 inch PVC conduit capping along the accessories in surface/ recessed including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supply and fixing of miniature circuit breaker of following poles in the existing MCB DB completed with connections testing and commissioning etc, as required. A) Single pole 6/10/20 Amp
