Outdoor unit:- Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of DC inverter based air cooled type VRV-VRF (not less than 06 HP) outdoor unit comprising of energy efficient scroll compressor, condenser coil, blower fan, inverter based microprocessor controller etc, with a provision for connecting minimum of 2 indoor units in safety features as per the design and specification. The job also included pressure testing, vacuum testing and charging of refrigerant for rated performance of air conditioning machine i/c providing & fitting of metal enclosure plug & socket with isolator (TP) of 32A 3pin + SC & 32A (TP) MCB and also fabrication of M.S stand for mounting of outdoor unit. The unit is compatible to maintain desired inside temperature of 24°C ±2°C during winter season and 22.5°C ±2°C during summer season. i. Cooling capacity:- 15.5 KW. (5.5 TR) ii. Heating capacity:- 18 KW.. iii. Refrigerant :-410A iv. COP ≤ 3.5 Power Supply:-Single Phase, 230 V+ 10%, 50 Hz.+3%

Indoor units:- Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of VRV wall mounted indoor units complete with single phase quite stream technology multi blade type fan, cooling coil, air filter, electronic expansion valve, temperature indication on indoor unit. The units are compatible to the above mentioned outdoor unit with wireless remote control for each indoor unit. The units are of following capacities :-

1.5 T.R i. Cooling capacity: - 5.6 KW (1.5 TR). ii. Heating capacity: - 6.3 KW (1.5 TR).. iii. Power supply: -Single phase, 230 V+ 10%, 50 Hz.+3%

Refrigerant piping:- Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of refrigerant piping for VRV system made out of hard drawn copper piping in brazed construction with insulation of nitrile rubber (19mm) both on liquid and gas side pipe line

Providing and fixing of PVC insulated multi stranded unsheathed heat resistant, fire resistant copper conductor interconnecting between the indoor and outdoor unit from main electric source to outdoor unit suitable for 230v, single phase, 50 Hz.
