Replacement of Dilapidated suction Pipe and Non-Return Valve and repairing of Sluice Valves at National Zoological Park Pumping Station Under South-East Zone.

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of non-return valve of following sizes confirming to IS: 5312 complete with rubber gasket, GI bolts, nuts, washers etc.as required : 250 mm dia

Providing, laying, testing & commissioning of 'C' class heavy duty MS pipe conforming to IS 1239/Class -II of IS: 3589 including Welding, fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts bolts, gaskets etc. and fixing the pipe on the wall/ceiling with suitable clamp/support frame and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete as required : 250 mm dia (wall thickness 6.3 mm)

Providing & fixing of MS flange (20mm thickness) with required nut-bolts & packing sheet, 250mm dia., complete as required — for jointing new pipe/valve assembly to existing line.

Providing and Fixing of M.S. Bend with required nut bolts & packing sheet etc complete as equired of following Dia :-250 mm - (8 mm thick), length 0.5 m

Supplying, fixing, testing & commissioning of double flanged sluice valve of rating PN 1.6 with non rising spindle, bronze/gun metal seat, ISI marked complete with nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets and conforming to IS 780 of following sizes as required : 80 mm dia

Supplying and fixing mild steel chequered plate 6 mm thick on cable duct complete as requried at site

Repairing of Sluice valve of diameter 350 mm with following works:- A) Removing of nut bolts of upper dome and removing one by one of bolts and removing of complte sluice valve along with body with th help of lifting arragngmet to taking out side ot pump house and making dead by Blank Plate. B) Dismanting of upper dome, flape, spindle, nut etc from the main body & taking of each parts onby one. C) Cleaning of alll parts like SS spindle, GM nut, flape, body ring tc. by chemical solution, polishing with polish wheel. D) Serving by opening & cleaning of all parts one by one by chemical solution. E) Replacement of hardware itmes like nut bolt, rubber packing & gland studs etc. F) Repairing of SS Spindle by remetlling & rethreading etc. as required. G) Assembling flape upper dome SS spindle, G.M. nut, Bearings, gland housing and at workshop loading to truck and return back to plant. H) Removing of dead flange of both side line & fixing with new rubber packing, nut bolts etc. at site.
