25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base floor finishing surface even and fair, complete all as specified.

Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 - 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18sqm but not exceeding 0.38sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shed of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18Sqm but n exc. 0.36Sqm in vertical surfaces such as in skirting, dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles,fixed over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) laid in alternate bays (not exceeding 2 sqm each) as in plinth protection, finished the surfaces even & fair, including filled the joints with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight complete all as specified.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) type-B-1 (using 20mm graded stone crushed aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 metre clear span, cills, steps, siesmic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing upto 60cm height, copings, bed block, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof kerbs round or chamfered on edges, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throatings etc.including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully unsv sub main wiring including earth continuity of any type / size with surface casing caping / TW batten / pvc conduit surface or recess and making good distrubed surface of walls and roofs to match the existing surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully unsv main switch / DBs alongwith MCBs / wooden board / connected fittings & fixtures any type and making good distrubed surface of walls and roofs to match the existing surface, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Old serviceable switches & MCB shall be taken on charge by the MES for reuse and unsv fittings shall be credited to the contractor.

Point wiring with two single core 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross section area) FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable and one single core 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross section area) FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity to common earth and connecting to earth dolly running in and including PVC casing & caping (ISI marked) of suitable size with PVC boards of appropriate sizes and all requisite accessories such as PVC elbow, Tee, collars, bends etc. with PVC terminals box & cover for mounting swtches, sockets, fan regulator etc for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc complete all as specified and as directed for the following :-

MCB single pole & neutral 40-63 amps 240 volts 10 KA 'C' series fixed, complete all as specified. Make:-Havells cat part No-DHMGCSNF040-063 or Equivalent cat part of make as specified in Appx 'A' here in after.

MCB single pole 6 to 32 amps 240 volts 10 KA 'C' series fixed in repair, complete all as specified. Make:-Havells cat part No-DHMGCSPF006-032 or Equivalent cat part of make as specified in Appx 'A' here in after.

Sub main wiring with single core cable 2 x 4 sq mm FRLS insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade including steel conduit painted black / PVC casing caping with holding clamps & screws alongwith 1x 2.5 Sq mm FRLS insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth wire connected with main earth dolly including taking down old unsv sub main wiring of any type, complete all as specified and directed. Note:-2 wire of 4sqmm, 1 wire of 2.5 sqmm and one run of steel conduit / PVC casing caping shall be measured as one unit.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe 1100 volts grade heavy duty electric cable with XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded aluminium stranded conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and over all PVC sheathed of size 16 Sqmm x 2 core with & including taking down old unsv xlpe cable, complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth in any type of soil for taking out or laying of under ground cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm, in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50m and deposition where dircted at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point, all as specified and directed.

Dry sand cushioning to UG cable 8 cm thick before laying and 15cm thick after laying complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1.Dry fine sand of best available quality shall be used. 2.Punned thickness shall be made and paid.

Supply and laying sub class `B` bricks laid dry flat transversely along the length of cable with width equal to the length of bricks over sand cushioning as protection cover of cable laid, complete all as specified and directed.

GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore for cable protection fixed on poles or laid in trenches, under floor, ducts etc with fixing clamps of required size, nuts, bolts, washers etc. fixed, complete all as specified.

GI pipe street light bracket light grade 40mm bore 1.5mtr long bent to shape as directed with two number of flat iron clamps made out of mild steel flat iron 40x6mm with 16mm dia bolts with nuts and washers fixed on steel pole / PCC pole / wall duly painted with two coats of aluminium paints with & including taking down old unsv bracket, complete all as specified and directed.

FRP pole mounting box weather proof out door type junction box of size 250mm x 150mm x100mm with three terminal and one 6 Amps SP MCB-01 No (make:-L&T/LEGRAND/ABB), easy openable and having locking arrangement including incoming and out going cable holes with fixing MS clamp and water tight polymide cable gland for each connection with & including taking down old unsv junction box, complete all as specified and directed.

MS clamps (suitable for holding street light bracket on steel pole / PCC pole) made out of flat iron 40x6mm with 10mm dia 50mm long bolts with nuts and washers fixed on steel pole / PCC pole / wall-02 Nos on each bracket duly painted with two coats of aluminium paints with & including taking down old unsv clamps, complete all as specified and directed.
