Construction and mainteance of T03-PWD Road to Lada (OR-27-889) under PMGSY IV (Batch-I)

BT Road Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per MORD technical specification cluase 201.1. & direction of Engineer-in-charge (by manual means).

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pit with lift up to 1.5 m transporting to sites, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Clause 301.5 of MoRD specification for rural roads & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement as per MORD technical Specification Clause 301 and direction of the Engineer in Charge (excluding cost of excavation and transportation to site).

Excavation for road work in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, inaccordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankement location with a lift of up to 1.5m and lead up to 1000m as per techincal specification clause 302.3

Construction of Granular Sub-Base (Grading III) Mterial with Stone Screening by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density,complete as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 401 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.With Stone Screenings)

Providing laying spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kn weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintainance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 .

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen Emulsion [SS-1] on prepared surface of Granular base including cleaning of road surface & spraying primer @ 0.70kg/ 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MORD Specification for Rural roads including cost,conveyance,royalty, taxes, labour and T&P required for the work and as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen Emulsion [RS-1] using emulsion distributor @ 0.25 to 0.30 kg /sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per clause 503 of MORD Specification for Rural roads including cost,conveyance,royalty, taxes, labour and T&P required for the work and as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing ,laying and rolling of close-graded premix surfacing materials of 20mm thickness composed of 11.2mm to 0.9mm (Type-A) or 13.2 mm to 0.9 mm (Typa-B) aggregates using penetration grade bitumen to required line ,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base ,including mixing in a suitable plant ,laying and rolling with as three wheel 8-10KN static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per Techinical specification Clause 509.

Providing,supplying,fitting and fixing of 80mm thick interlocking concrete paver block on compacted river coarse sand free from all organic materials and filling the joints with sand including cutting,corbelling, splays whereever necessary to proper size with cost,conveyance,royalities of all materials and as directed by Engineer-in-chief.
