Supply of Calcium based ,high strength chlorination chemical for water disinfectant in granular form in factory sealed HDPE ContainerSealed 45 kg each chlorine concentration level 65% to70% Make Declibac / Puri-chlor(M/s shreeRayalaseema Hi strength Hypo ltd)/Potter and watts Note (i) Approval of chemical (Calcium hypochlorine) shall be given after verification of test certificate of chemical of various manufacture and other factor like chemical and safety and helth hazard aspect of usage of chloronation (ii) the branch/make of the chlorination of chemical must be sealed in production and certified by Govt laboratory confirming compliance of specification suitable for drinking water with a declaration from the laboratory that from the technical strength ,stability,health safety and operation point of view this product is used for drinking water applications for consumption by humans and the brand/Make of calcium hypochorite is suitable for drinking water chlorination and its sample has been tested by Govt Laboratory.Note: Original certificate of compliance and authorization from the manufacturers including contact No & Date,batch No/manufacturer date /SI No and specific contractors Name & Address.

Supply of alum coagulant crystal type grade -I quality ,in factory sealed packet.Make - Bharatiwater /Declibac or equivalent

Supply of Hydrated lime conforming to IS for water treatment in factory sealed packet. Make : Best Quality conforming to IS

Supply of Polymer liquid for raw water floculant ,in factory sealed Container. Make: Barat Trading corporation/Ion Exchange/Depac (Declibac) or equivalent

Supply of Alum ferric (Coagulant) grade-I quality conforming IS, in factory sealed packet. Make Best Quality conforming to IS

Excavation for taking out broken CI/DI/PPR pipe line 150mm/100mm dia ,Cutting of CI/DI/PPR Pipe line 150mm/100 mm dia at Two portion with the help of electric driven pipe cutter and levelling the cutting face of pipe with the electric driven grinder, and then CI/DI welding by electric welding machine,fixing detacheble mechanical joint, tail piece etc,then concreating by PCC (1:4:8) ;type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete, after repair of same pipe line, returning filling of excavated materials including removal of surplus soil complete all as specified.

Taking out old U/S chemical dosing pump from existing location and replacement with new of RB - Series 06 ltrs/ Hrs@ 10 Kg back pressure Model NO RC 13 all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Suply only OT solution for chlorine test (500 ml)

S & F in repair stainless steel spindle of 150mm size with check nut complete all as specified and directed. ( Note: Necessary dewatering and tripod arrangement for lifting valve and replacement of gasket, nut, bolts & washers deemed to include in quoted rates).

All as per item No 9 here in above but size of 200mm.
