Indrapuri Road Works

Clearing and grubbing of road land including uprooting wild vegetation ,grass ,bushes ,shurbs ,sapling and trees of girth up to 300 mm ,removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and diposal of unservicible material and stacking of servicible material to be used or auctioned ,up to a lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 201.i)By Manual Means. ( A ) Area of non thorny jungle

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (i) Private land.

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporating to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet required of table 300.2 (including compansation of earth) (i) Private land.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. (ii) For Grading II Materials

WBM Grading 3 Using stone screening Type-B 11.2 mm for Gr.III Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (A) By Manual Means

Inter locking concrete Block pavement :: (i) Providing and laying interlocking concrete block pavement(M40) having thickness 80mm as per technical specification clause 1504(inclusive of Edge restraint and carriage)

I.Traffic Signs :Providing and fixing of Retro reflectoried cautionary , mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC-67 made of encasulated lens type reflective sheeting vide slause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting. 1.50mm thick supported on amild steel angle iron post 75mmx75mmx6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly design foundaton with M15 grade cement concrete 450mmx450mmx600mm,600mm below grond level as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 801. ii) 60 cm equilateral traingle

Providing and fixing of typical informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specification and drawing .Three MS plates of 1.6 mm thick,top and middle plate duly welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos.75 mm x75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embeded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450 mm x 450 mm x600 mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47 mm x47 mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows,border etc, will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamal paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1

Site Clearance and Profiling Roadway Dressing & profiling the existing WBM/Granular/Earthen surface layer of the road from edge to edge of the existing carriage way and both the shoulders, filling low spots and ravelled stretches by providing additional materials of same type as that of the existing top surface layer, cambering, watering, rolling with 8-10 tonne roller to obtain specified compaction, etc to obtain a uniform formation surface with cross fall from the road centre line to the outer edges of the existing embankment. Works to be carried out in accordance with MORT&H specifivation section 300 and as directed by the deptt. (rate considered as per SOR for road bridge and culvert works for all divisions inder PWD Assam 2009-10, at sections where the top level of the subgrade of the existing road surface is not proposed to be raised by more than 100mm. Earthwork Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders (Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table (300-2) (a), ( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (I) Private Land

Pavement Work Removal of Unserviceable Soil with Disposal upto 1000 metres (Removal of unserviceable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 metres lead but excluding replacement by suitable soil which shall be paid separately as per clause 305.)

Construction of Granular Sub Base (GSB) providing coarse graded materials, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader in prepared surface, mixing nby mix in place method with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 (with an initial lead of 5 km) - (i) For Grading II material

Wet Mix Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sb-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density ( including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0 km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )

Providing and laying interlocking concrete block pavement including carriage having thickness ( Excluding Edge restrain) (a) 80 mm as per IS 15658 2006 (Compressive strength 40 N/mm sqm

(C)Providing and laying Edge block/Edge restraints 300mmx300mmx150mm pf (c c) M40 Grade including carriage as per Technical specification clause 1504.

Retro reflectorised Traffic sign: Providing and erecting of Retro-Reflectrorised cautionary, mandatory & informatory sign as per IRC: 67 made of high intensity encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick fixed on an angle iron of 25x25x4mm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly design foundation with M-15 grade Cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing and sign. ( All the Steel work must be Tata/Sail/or any other approved brand) (i) 60cm equilateral traingle

(ii) 60cm circular

(iii) 90 cm Octagon Sign

Planting of Trees and their Maintenance for one Year (Planting of trees by the road side (Avenue trees) in 0.60 m dia holes, 1 m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge mannure, planting the saplings, backfilling the trenches, watering , fixing the tree guatrd and maintaining the plants for one year.
