Taking out the Sludge pump set /1.5 KW/2.0 HP Capacity from Sewage collection sump ,Transporting to Authorised private work shop , Dismantling the motor, removing the unsv ball bearings (DE&NDE), cleaning the inside of the motor body, varnishing the winding coils, replacing the bearings, terminal plate, terminals, terminal box, lugs and connector etc and , re-assembling the complete pumpset after repair and replacement of parts , refixing at site including electric and piping connections, testing and checking satisfactory working complete and accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing the Sewage treament plant motor control panel, taking out the unsv starter, Contractors, LVC, Water level sensor, single phase preventor, temp sensor, water low level sensor, Volt meter , Multi functional meter, HRC Fuse carrier, relays etc and water proof PVC insulated flat multi core cable as per existing capacity, re-wiring the control panel for making serviceable condition including the cleaning of the panel inside using Air flower, re-assembling the complete panel after repair and replacement of parts as required, refixing at site including electric connections, testing and checking satisfactory working complete and accessories complete all as specified and directed. Excavation of soil up to 15cm root of the vegetation cutting removing completely by spade and surface dressing all around the STP installation under GE Saugor area to keep the installation area(external only) clean and tidy complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: All the installation shall be kept clean through out the contract period by repeatedly removing the grasses/trees/weads as many times as required depending on the growth of the grass.

M&L for STP installation Machinery details sign board single side Acrylic sign board made by strong adhesive back finish support with stickering letters of and fixed with metallic screw with washer,board size, letter size as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.. Note:- Marking of the letters/Machinery data as per the directions given by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F Synthetic insulating mat of size 2mx1mx3mm thick in DG set insallation with necessary fixing accessories and arrangement, including taking out existing insulating mat complete all as specified and directed.

Removing raw sludge, Pumping out the sewage below foot valve/ground level the bottom of the Lift Jack Well (MRC Area) of any size including scrapping brushing side walls bottom slab underneath of roof slab of collection sump bottom side walls of lift well removing algea sludge and cleaning with fresh water and flushing out from the bottom including one coat of white washing internal surfaces and One coat of colour washing external surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Removing raw sludge, pumping out the sewage below foot valve/ground level the bottom of the Equlizer tank (MRC ST Plant) of any size including scrapping brushing side walls bottom slab underneath of roof slab of side walls of Equlizer tank removing algea sludge and cleaning with fresh water and flushing out from the bottom including one coat of white washing internal surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Removing sludge, pumping out the treated water below foot valve/ground level the bottom of the Treated water sump (MRC ST Plant) of any size including scrapping brushing side walls bottom slab underneath of roof slab of treated sewage water sump bottom side walls of sump removing sludge any other materials and cleaning with fresh water and flushing out from the bottom including one coat of white washing internal surfaces and One coat of colour washing external surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive maintenance of Material and servicing, Overhauling with fixtures accessories replacement of moving parts changing as per manufaturer recommendation of Hydro sodium dozing system Model M-14, flow LPH Max out put 100, Max pressure 3.0 with three phase induction motor 0.37KW/0.5 HP capacity, 415V, 1.02 Amps, 0.71 PF and V-13, 1390 RPM installed Sewage Treatment plant at MRC Saugor complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) To check the pressure of dozing plant as per company recommendation and accordingly correct the same. (ii) Service Engineer report from authorised service centre shall be submitted for every check above the performance and maintenance of Dozing plant. (iii) The rate for the parts required for repair is deemed to be include in rate quoted by contractor.

Dismantling the blocked DI flanged Pipe and specials of any size of any length from sewage lift well, clarifier, Equlizer tank and Sludge pump set to drying beds removing and disposal of the blocked materials, solids sludge cleaning externally and internally suitable and refixing DI pipe and specials including replacing gaskets bolts and nuts with wahsers and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Removing sludge, pumping out the sludge from bottom level of the clarifier (MRC ST Plant) of any size including scrapping brushing side walls bottom slab underneath of roof slab of clarifier bottom side walls of sump removing sludge any other materials and cleaning with fresh water and flushing out from the bottom including one coat of white washing internal surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the rusted MS ladder,railings/any Iron frame work from UG sump/Pump house plant and M&L for new Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of barsshouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framedguard bars; barred iron doors,ladders; framed balusters; walkways; railings; framework ofwater tanks and similar workcon- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Carryout laboratory analysis test of treated and sewage samples analysis test results of the PH value total dissolved solids, total suspended solids, chemicals oxygen demand bio chemical oxygen demand oil and grease to be submitted to department as received from laboratory for STP (MRC).

S&F glow sign board for E/M installations with computerised words printed in PVC board matter and size of lettters as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) including fabrication of work, angle iron, elecgtrical connection with suitable copper wires and LED fittings, including taking down existing glow sign board complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.50 mm thick galvalume sheet profile pattern precoated coloured having tensile strength 550 Mpa (AZ 150) as in roof covering, fixed with self driving screws, including dismantling existing AC sheet complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.50 mm thick galvalume sheet pre-coated coloured for ridge or fixing for closing gable truss suitable for profile pattern sheet fixed with self driving screws, including dismantling existing AC sheet complete all as specified and directed.

S&F structural steel work as in tubular trusses including special shaped washer complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240, including dismantling existing steel work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in type C-2,1:3:6 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation ,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc. 0.5cum getting out , returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: Quoated rate deemed to include making good the damaged valve chamber.

Taking down the unsv existing indoor type LT panel board from MRC Swimming pool filtration plant control panel and Supplying,installing, testing and commissiong of self supporting totally enclosed mounted on base channel of factory made panel board CPRI approved panel builder factory fabricated made out MS sheet not less than 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet, dust and vermin proof, hinged smoothly openable front and rear with neoprene rubber gasket, epoxy powder coated including danger plate, earth strip (25x5 mm) connecting provision -02 Nos, ventilation louvers, bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size zinc chromium plated nuts, bolts and washers etc panel board suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415V, 50Hz with 100 Amps rated Aluminium bus bar, general construction confirming to IS:8623 (Part I), including mounting on angle iron frame made using angle iron 35 mmx35mmx6mm complete all as specified and as directed and shall be comprising the following :-
