Supply and delivery of 9 Metre Mini high mast system with its accessories. Mast shaft shall be in one section, hot dip galvanized and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875. It shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame, Galvanized lantern carriage suitable for 4 luminaries simmetrically and lighting finial. The mast shall have an integral power tool inside the base compartment for its operation inclusive of foundation bolts, nuts and anchor plates and templates etc.

Supply and delivery of LED Flood light of system wattage 150 W made of pressure die cast aluminium powder coated in grey colour housing with proper heat sinks confirming to IP65 dirver and light module separate compartment for LEDs & electronic driver with CCT of 5700k, PF> 0.95 System efficacy >100lm/w,CRI>70 ,Rated voltage(V):230AC,Frequency (HZ):50,operating voltage range of 100 V to 300V with surge arrestor of 4 KV. Driver current not more than 700mA.THD < 20% Optics is of TYPE II Distribution. LED Lumens package is greaterthan 100 lm/W for LED source. Test certificate from NABL. Accredited lab for LM79 report in house testing facility to be available for the same etc. Compliances IEC 60598,IK-05 as per Complete Standard specification.

Earth work open excavation and depositing on bank with in the initial lead of 10m and a lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff block cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc. complete. Complying with Standard Specifications.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Mix (one part cement, four part sand and Eight part of aggrigate) using 40 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with Standard Specifications.

Supplying and errecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting for drainage sides and culvert body wall sides using M.S Sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and B.G 10stifened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over( silver oak joists ) of size 10cm x 6.50cm spread at about 90cm including all labour charges and cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc. complete Complying with Standard Specification.

Supply and fabrication and placing in position of TMT steel rods to required size and length as directed by the departmental officers including cost of binding wire, cutting, bending and tying with proper position etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete Complying with Standard Specification.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 Mix (One part cement, one and half part sand and three part of aggrigate)using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing but excluding cost of reinforcement etc..,Complete Complying with Standard Specifications.

Supply and clamping of 4 x 16 Sq.mm PVC LTUG armoured cable on post or on wall with MS Clamps.

Supply and jointing of 3 core x 2.5 sq mm Flxeible cable from feeder pillar to mast service as standard Specifications.

Earthing as per the ISI specification with an Earth Electrode of 2.10 meter class-b G.I Pipe of dia not less than 40mm with copper earth plate of size 125 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm with necessary funealing arrangements with necessary masonry work and with 38 mm RCC cover slab for the brick masonry.

Erection and commissioning of 9 mtrs high mast on the above said concrete foundation using suitable equipments crane and etc.

Supply and fixing of single phase suitable gateway Street light controller including installation accessories as per standard specification.
