Repair of Cracks on Apron Area : Repairing of surface cacks by chipping out deteriorated concrete surface, cutting of "U" shaped groove of approx. 40 mm (W) X 30 mm (D) along the cracks & repairing with filling Xypex Megamix II & Xypex Xycrylic admixture or Vendex mortar & vendex chemelast liquid or equivalent material by mixing in proper ratio as reccomended & specified by the manufacturer, coating of primer/bonding coat by the same manufacturer and repairing the surface complete. The item include cost of all material, labour and T&P, all taxes etc complete in all respct as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge. The vital values/parameters of the material shall be as under: a) Direct Tensile Bond Strength (2.3 Mpa - ACI 503R) b) Low shrinkage fiber reinforced c) Chemical durability (mass loss negligible i.e. 0.22% in 84 days - ASTM C 267) d) Comperssive strength (59.3 Mpa @ 28 days -ASTM C 109) e) Rapid chloride permeability (420 coulombs @ 90 days - ASTM C 1202) f) Flexural Strength (8.2 Mpa - ASTM C 78 @ 28 days) g) Splitting Tensile Strength ( 4.2 Mpa -ASTM C 496) h) Scaling Resistance (no scaling in 50 cycles - ASTM C 672) including cost of all material, labour and T&P, complete in all respect as per satisfacton and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. i) Setting Time as per ASTM C 266 : initial : 4:10 hrs:min & final : 7:10 hrs:min The repair & filling shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer after approval of Engineer-in-charge.

Repairing of Pot Holes, Edges & Deep Patches of Apron: Repairing of Pot Holes, Edges & Deep Patches by chipping out deteriorated concrete surface, cutting it in square shaped groove & repairing with filling Xypex Megamix II & Xypex Xycrylic admixture or Vendex mortar & vendex chemelast liquid or equivalent material by mixing in proper ratio as reccomended & specified by the manufacturer, coating of a primer/bonding coat by the same manufacturer and repairing the surface complete. Resurfacing of Worn out Concrete surface at Apron Area: Cleaning the wear out and deteriorated concrete surface/damaged concrete surface with wire brush & washing with water. After neatly cleaning the surface area, repairing the surface by applying bond coat of XYPEX Megamix-I mixed with XYPEX XYCRYLIC ADMIX & filling it with XYPEX Megamix-I mixed with XYCRYLIC ADMIX or Vandex Uni-mortar-I & Vandex chemelast liquid or equivalent material by mixing in proper ratio as recommended & specified by the manufacturer, coating of a primer/bonding coat by the same manufacturer and repairing the surface complete. The product should have following minimum property: a) Direct Tensile bond strength to concrete (1.24 Mpa- ACI 503R), b) Low shrinkage fiber reinforced, c) Compressive strength (24.9 Mpa @ 28 days - ASTM C 109) Item includes cost of all material, labour, T&P & all taxes complete in all respect as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer- in - charge. The repair & filling shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer after approval of Engineer-in-charge.
