M&L for glazed ceramic dark shade coloured tiles of size 450x350x7mm thick joint free on and incl 10mm thick screed bed in cm(1:4)set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement mixed with pigment to match the coloured of tiles on vertical surfaces of wall as in skirting/ dado complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.

M&L for marble work 16-18 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars window cills , cooking platforms , stair case and like in cement mortar ( 1:4) incl pointing in white cement ( 1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade complete all as specified and directed and approved by Engr-in-charge. (Note :- The slab shal be fixed in single piece i.e no joint should be in between).

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforcement) above ground floor and in any position

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 in sunken portion of slab using waterproofing compound all as specified. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit Rs. 45,968/- from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
