WBM Grading 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) Including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches.

Reinforced Cement Concrete (M-25) in sub-structure complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications Clause 1500, 1600 & 1700

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth/Above level (Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.). As per DSR S.I. No. 5.22.6

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and Technical Specification.
