Cement Concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm size clean hard black broken granite stone metal (C.B) of approved quality and from approved quarry including hosting lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level ramming, watering and curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials with all taxes and royalty, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty and all labour, cess with T&P required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required as per direction of the EIC. Providing cement concerete (1:2:4) nominal mix using 12mm size crusher broken hard granite chips of approved quality obtained from approved quarry including lowering, hoisting & laying in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick each compaction with vibrator, watering and curing for 28 days, centering, shuttering, dewatering if necessary and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing groves and beads where necessary including cost, conveyance royalty, DMF (10% over Royality), EMF (5% over Royality), Addl Charges Cess & other taxes of all materials, labour hire charges of all T&P machineries required for the work complete in all respect as per specification and direction of EIC.(Approch Road)

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing Close graded Granular Sub-base Grading-III material as per table-400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost, conveyance taxes, royality, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty cess complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.(Approch Road)

Providing, laying and fixing of factory made chamfered "Interlocking Concrete Paver Blocks" of M-40 grade & 80mm thick of approved shades confirmed to IS:15658-2006 specification over compacted sand bed course of 40mm laid over the properly graded and finished WBM using sand of gradation confirming to Clause-4.4 & 6.5.1 of IRC:SP-63-2004 with uniform moisture content of 6 to 8 per cent (the sand should not be too wet nor too dry) and spread with the help of screed boares and compacted by Plate Vibrator weighing 0.60tonne or more to acheive a compacted thickness of 40mm & local correction, if any required is to be done either by adding or removing the sand followed by further levelling and compacting and filling the gaps between paver blocks (about 3 to 4mm) with dry sand by brooming (the gradation of the filling dry sand should be as per clauses-6.5.2 of IRC:SP:63-2004) including cost, conveyance, royality, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty Cess, taxes & technical specification Clause 1501 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Supplying, fitting, fixing up fully glazed aluminium framed window (sliding type) made up aluminium section 9778 as window frame section 4095, 4096 and 9777, 3994 as shutter frame with 5mm black glass as panel lifted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting including cost all materials, all taxes, labour, T&P euding cost of glass etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying,fitting and fixing of M.S. iron grill & grill gate as per approved design specification size including cost of all materials with cost of conveyance, taxes, Cess etc. but excluding labour as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour for fitting and fixing of Window Grill including filling the holes with C.C (1:2:4) etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour for fitting and fixing of Grill Gate etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
