NS 1-Supplying and applying Anti termite treatment with providing chemical (Imidaclprid 30.5 SC) shall be used at 0.075% concentration (2.1 ml of chemical mixed in 1 ltr of water OR in other words mixing ratio of chemical to water is 1:475) with water by weight at the rate of 5 Liters per sq. m.of the surface before sand bed is laid. (For top surface of the consolidated earth at plinth holes upto 50 mm. to 75 mm. deep at 150 mm. center to center both ways shall be made with 12 mm, diameter mild steel rod on the surface to facilitate saturation of the soil and also to the Foundation bed ,Basement excavation, back filling Vertical side, Plinth & extended portion ,Soil Surrounding Pipes, Wastes and Conduits, special care at below construction joints, beneath Junction of the Wall and the Floor etc. with the chemical as above) .The work should be carried out as per specification described in para 6.4 of code IS-6313 (part-2&3) 2013 by a specilised agency duly preapproved. (Mode of measurement will be per Sqm of Plinth area of the Building as per Drawing.)

NS 2 - Providing and fixing at all heights and depths 50 MM thick premoulded joint filler board for expansion joint having minimum density 95kg./ cum, Non standing with less than 1% water absorption and compression recovery of 93% minimum as per manufactured specification including cost and conveyance of all materials, cutting and placing to the required size, labour charges, sundries, wastage etc. at all levels complete as per drawings and as direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

NS 3 -Supplying, laying and fixing of std. chicken wire mesh flexible galvanized steel wire with hexagonal gaps. Available in 1 inch (about 2.5 cm) diameter, wire gauges 19 gauge (about 1 mm wire) to 22 gauge (about 0.7 mm wire). in positions at junctions of concrete & masonry works all complete as per specification, drawing and instructions of the Engineer in charge.

NS 21- Design, supply fabricate and fixing Semi Utilized Structural Glazing system with single glazing 8mm thick toughned of approved colour & sample (ST 467 AND ST 436 OF SAINT GOBAIN OR EQUIVALENT) securely bonded to framework to ensure absolute water tightness, with profile either straight or segmented curve in plan consisting of main panel work of Mullions and Transoms made out of specially designed extruded aluminium section having 15-20 Micrones Anodized in approved colour. Fixed at all levels,elevation and heights to the RCC elements with necessary clamps,brackets and anchor fasteners, made of shall be Mild steel Hot Dip galvanized with washer and shall confirm to IS : 4759 -1996. FINISHING

NS 37 - Outside Textured with paint WITH LOW VOC:-Providing and applying a uniform 2mm (+/- 0.25mm) thick Dolomite filler based Acrylic Texture of approved design/pattern with necessary primer (ON THE BASIS OF FREE MOCK UP/SAMPLE), including pre-preparation of the surface as per manufacturers specifications, approved sample panel, drawing & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete in all respect at all level.

ROOFING AND WATER PROOFING WORK

NS 38 - Surface Preparation for water proofing:-Cleaning the surface to make it dust free and sludge free, removing any extended portions by grinding and if required using suitable equipment. The mother slab has to be laid in slope to ensure proper drainage through the drain openings. All surfaces to be waterproofed should be sound, clean and dry. Concrete surfaces should have a light steel-trowel followed by a fine hair-broom or equivalent finish which is dry and free of dust, oil and other contaminants. All high spots should be removed.

NS 39 -Crack treatment & Coving :- Any surface cracks shall be chased open into a ‘V’ groove, and filled with cement mortar mixed with acrylic polymer emulsion (STP LTD/SIKA/FOSROC TERRACO/PIDILITE /ROFFE/LATICRETE/JBM or Equivalent) @ 4% by weight of cement. Coving the junctions of the Vertical wall and Roof slab with fillet of size 75mm x 75mm fillet of mortar (Cement: sand – 1:4) admixed with acrylic polymer emulsion . Before chamfering a prime coat shall be given with the slurry of acrylic polymer emulsion .Special care shall be taken to ensure proper coating of the inner surfaces of the drain openings in the wall. Sealing the joint between PVC and masonry with Polyurethane elastromeric sealant of Approved manufacturer.

NS 40 - Application of primer ( with ShaliCrete & two parts of neat cement i.e. in the ratio 1 : 2 of ) on the prepared surface to seal the pores as per manufacturer's specification

NS 41 - Roof Water proofing:-Supply and apply appropriate membrane product of minimum thickness 1.5mm (Elastomeric Waterproofing of STP Limited/SIKA/FOSROC TERRACO/PIDILITE /ROFFE/LATICRETE/JBM or Equivalent ) by applying in roof slab & Parapet Wall upto 450 mm as per approved manufacturer specification.

NS 42 - Providing & Laying M:25 Grade Screed conc. over treated roof average 40mm thick including laying approved quality GI Chiken wire mesh. NS 43 - Lift pit Water proofing :-Supply and application of a non shrink, expanding grout admixture with suitable material (Sika Intraplast EP/FOSROC Brushbond RFX/Shaligrout PU) of approved manufacturer with their direction, by pressure grouting inside RCC floor & treated wall upto Ground Floor (upto 3.00mtr.) after 28 days of curing using 12mm dia, 75 mm long GI nozzles 1.5 m C/C in the concrete.Next Supply and application of an water proofing inside RCC floor & wall upto plinth appropriate coating of approved manufacturer with their direction. NS 44 - Wet floor Water proofing:-Supply and apply water proofing coating of minimum thickness 2mm (Topseal 107/Brushbond RFX/Shalicem EWP ) on floor, polymer modified product as per approved manufacturer with their direction.

NS 45 - Wet wall Water proofing :- Supply and application of water proofing inside floor & wall upto full height & cover 300mm upto outside with appropriate material of minimum thickness 1.5mm (Sika LASTIC 450 I/ Nitoproof 600 FOSROC/BASF Master Seal HLM 5000)of approved manufacturer with their direction.

NS 46 - Providing and applying 1 coat of Solvent based Cement Primer and 2 coats of Acrylic Emulsion of approved shade, complete as per manufacturers specifications, drawing & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

NS 47 - Providing & fixing steel profile sheet of effective width 1072 mm and nominal 28.5 mm deep ribs with subtle square fluting in the five pans at nominal 203 mm center-to center, matching with the existing buildings. The end rib shall be designed for anti-capillary action, to avoid any seepage of water through the lateral overlap. The feed material used as per AS/NZS 2728 Type 4 and of (TATA BLUESCOPE/MULTICOLOR STEEL PENNAR/ DYNAROOF/ BHP/LLYODS or equivalent make) with nominal 0.42 - 0.45 mm Base Metal Thickness and total coated thickness ( TCT) 0.47 - 0.5 mm of Hi Strength with minimum 550 MPa yield strength, AZ150 (Min. 150 g/m2 total of both sides) hot dip metallic coating of 55% Aluminum- Zinc to AS 1397 and Lead free Super Durable paint top coat with inorganic pigment. NS 140 -Providing Fire stop mortar system, with minimum 2 hours fire rating when tested in accordance with UL 1479/ASTM-E 814 standards, for horizontal openings in floors or slabs after passing service lines like cables/cable bundles, cable trays etc. The mortar shall be a light weight cementitious product and shall carry test certificate in accordance with IEC 60068-2-57:1999-11 (Environmental Testing) as per Part 2-57: Test for Vibration-Time-history method and VERTEQII for seismic zone 4. The product shall be age tested as per Dafstb and DIBT standards. The product shall carry test certificate for mold resistance rating of 0 as determined by ASTM G21-96. The product shall be age tested as per Dafstb and DIBT standards.The system shall be UL listed & classified and product shall bear the UL and FM approval logo on the packing. If none of UL test certificate comply with actual application, an EJ document prepared by a qualified personnel and based on nearest third party tested & approved systems like UL test certificates & in accordance with IFC guidelines shall be producted by manufacturer. A firestop submittal shall be produced by manufacturer , in accordance with approved passive fire protection method statement, for technical approval. Firestop Speciality Contractor needs to submitt work completition certificate along with installation report for periodic inspection & maintenance purpose. The gaps around inaccessible or complicated openings shall be sealed with exapnding firestop foam shall be paid under separate heads and as mentioned below.

NS 141 -Provide Acrylic Firestop Sealant in gaps between wall and slab made of concrete/masonary/gypsum on both sides of wall to provide minimum 2 hours fire rating when subject to the test conditions of UL 2079 & ASTM E 1966 standardswith Min. movement capability of +_12.5%. The product shall be age tested as per DafStb guidelines. Sealant should provide sufficient MAF, water and gas tight seal. Sealant shall also provide airborne sound transmission reduction (STC of 50) and shall be tested as per DIN 52210 for sound insulation.
