M&L for Repairs to pot holes any depth n.exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting round edges to at least 25 mm in depth and making good by filling in screened and graded road metal watering and well ramming (incl supply of metal) and making good but making good by applying tack coat@ 5 kg per 10 sq m, using paving bitumen VG-10 putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes exc 30 mm all as specified and directed.

M&L for Scarifying or picking gravelled, WBM surfaces in area exc 400 sqm exc 50 mm and n exc 100mm deep complete and getting out the debris from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM with crushed stone aggregates (granite or trap or basalt) of grading 02 (63mm to 40mm size) spread rolled with 08 to 10 tonne power roller and consolidated to a required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with mechanical compressor tor remove all loose dirt etc and Applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.85 kg/sqm on surface of WMM/WBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam with binder content 4 % by weight of total mix of paving bitumen VG-30 compacted thickness 75mm or less, laid and rolled to required camber and gradient using power roller etc all as specified. Note: Premixed bituminous macadam shall be brought from Hot Mix Plant and spreading shall be done using mechanical paver and SDAC shall be done within 48 hours after completion of rolling and consoliation of BM.

M&L for Applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.25 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface as specified

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm thick consolidated thickness with 5% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 penetration spread using mechanical paver and rolled & compacted to required gradient and camber using power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity. Note: SDAC shall be brought from Hot Mix Plant and spreading shall be done using mechanical paver.
