Supply and delivery of Submersible centrifugal sewage non-clog pumps, vertical spindle type pump (10 m upto 15 m head Discharge 20 to 100 M3/hour). wear resistance with submersible motor for the various duty conditions. Pump shall be capable of handling min 100 mm solid size with sewage specific gravity of up to 1.05. Pump shall be of robust construction, Liquid passages shall be finished smooth and designed as to allow free passage to solids. Pump Impeller should be of Non-clog semi open type, single vane multi vane preferably contra bloc or vortex impeller design. Double mechanical seal with silicon carbide faces should be provided to protect the motor from ingress of sewage along the shaft. The critical speed of the rotor shall be at least 30% above the operating speed. Pumps should have double bearings between the pump & motor. The bearings life shall be minimum 100,000 hrs of operation with greased for life. Pump should be provided with automatic coupling device including pedestal, duck foot bend, stainless steel guide pipe or related accessories of suitable size to facilitate lifting and lowering into guide rails for easy maintenance. Pump shall be provided with a stainless steel lifting chain conforming to BS 970 Gr 304. Pump speed shall be of 9600 rpm for high duty pumps and 960/1450 rpm for low duty pumpsets. Casing and impeller should be of CI Gr. FG 260:IS210 more preferably with hardened impeller. Shaft should be of stainless steel AISI 410. All the fasteners and bolts shall be of AISI 410. The submersible motor shall be operated with 3ph. 415 V(+or-10%), 50Hz(+or-5%)

Insulation class shall be of "Class H and degree of protection shall be of IP 68 as per IS 4691. Motor shall be suitable for continuous operation in fully submerged partially submerged condition. The pumpset shall be supplied with power cable of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, copper, flexible, round type with required conductor size and number of cores as per starting method and of specified length for continuous use under water and air. The control cable of PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, flexible for stator winding temperature sensor 3core x 1.5 sq.mm copper conductor and for bimetallic switches 2core x 1.5 sqmm copper conductor shall be provided. Motor shall be supplied with 10m of round submersible copper cable of suitable size. The non clog submersible pumpset shall be provided with suitable starter control panel having all protections as mentioned above. (upto 5 HP-DOL Starter, above 5 HP to 25 HP -Star Delta Panel and beyond 25 HP shall be ATS)

Supply, Fabrication, Erection and Commissioning of 1no. of Outdoor Panel with Rain Guard, canopy and Double door type. The Panel construction should be suitable to fit items for 2nos of starters, MCB, LED Phase indicators with inner plate and the dimensions of panel be 1200Wx800Hx500D. The Panel shall be fitted with 50x50 6mm L-angle of 20 feet, suitable fixing bolts and nuts and foundation concrete arrangement. Constructional Details: The panel shall be dust and vermin proof and provides degree of protection IP 50 as per IS 2147. The panel shall be made up of sheet steel of 1.6mm thick, pre treated by degreasing. derusting, phosphating etc and thereafter painted nicely with powder coating siemens grey shade as per Indian standards. All wires and links are of electric grade copper conductor.

Supply, Erection, Installation and commissioning of Automatic Pump Control unit that can automatically switch pump operation between Main & Standby Pumps. The Controller should 3 also sense fault conditions in the starter panel and respond in switching pump operation to the standby pump.

Supply and delivery of 100mm DI D/F Gate (sluice) valves (soft seated) resilient seated soft sealing Gate Valves (Sluice Valves) with body Bonnet of Ductile cast iron of Grade GGG 40 or GGG 50, Wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM replaceable spindle nut without gland packing and with 3 O-Ring protection on the shaft and seals of NBR and the valves should be of Vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BS 5163-89/ISI 14846-2000/DIN 3202 F4. All the valves should be with electrostatic powder coating both inside and out side with pocket less straight through body passage. All the valves are to be compatible for buried application with pressure rating PN 10/16 and with 5 years warranty

Manufacture, Supply and Delivery of 100mm DI D/F Slanted seat Swing Check Valve. Body of ductile cast iron of Grade GGG 40 or GGG 50 and disc of ductile cast iron GGG 40 or GGG 50 with fully encapsulated EPDM rubber, where both faces can be used. Electrostatic epoxy powder/liquid coating (EP-P) inside and outside color blue RAL 5005 with minimum coating thickness of 250 microns. The EPDM rubber & Epoxy Powder should be approved by W 270. (EP-P) it is a resi-coat powder approved for drinking water application, applied through fusion bonding process by dipping the shot-blasted casted components heated up to 200 deg C).
