| 1Providing and fixing 200 micron (approximate) thick approved make self-adhesive vinyl film (Wooden Architectual Finishes) for sides of opening entrance to the dresser area of attached toilets in A, B/C & D type residential flats in various sizes in approved pattern & colour shade.The self adhesive flim shall be fixed as per installtion guidelines has recommended by the manufacturer and design /pattern of flim as per the sample of work carried out in flat no, Tower-1 / flat no.901 & in Tower-6 / flat No.402.The self-adhesive flim shall be pasted in proper line & level on existing painted wall surface as directed by the Bank’s Engineer. The rate also includes preparation of surface by applying POP / putty for any depression and make the surface smooth, applying a coat of primer of approved make as per manufactuer's specification etc. The quoted rate is inclusive cost of application charges, tools & equipment to carry out the work, all taxes, insurance, transportation, wastages, scaffolding (wherever required), loading & unloading, labour, Contractor's profit, and overheads, etc. The Basic Rate for self-adhesive vinyl film is ₹ 1720.00 per sq.mt.
