M&L for 3D Block/River rock/cliff stone or as approved by Engr-in-charge, wall tiles as in dado/vertical surface of size 300mm x 600mm x 8 to10mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering as backing coat on brick /concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 rough finished on vertical surfaces to receive tiles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of RCC jali as in walls including removing debris etc out of MOD area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortor (1:6). complete all as specified and directed.

All as per the description of Srl item No 05 above but except bricks

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick wall, built in cement mortor (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as coping including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angles and finishing exposed surface even and smooth including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ready mix plaster of 15mm thick on brick or conc surfaces in wall including necessary cement slurry with bulk density 1.40 to 1.70 kg, water ratio 17 to 19% by weight & compressive strength as per IS 4031 part 6 applied as per manufacturer complete all as specified and directed. Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) un-reinforced complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified & directed. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry as in floor and pointed with grey cement and pigment including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine pressed precast rubber mould coloured concrete paver blocks of 60mm thick any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 grade with grey cement and no pigment over & including 50mm thick sand cushioning over sub base including dismantling of old concrete paver blocks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base / flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings with ends of bars shouldered or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, frame work of water tanks and similar works, conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed .

Mild steel work as in posts & struts in fencing using angle, iron or other sections, including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilled holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting and riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165, complete all as all as specified and directed. Note : Unit rate is also included locking holes after fixing of barbed wire and welding to bent portion as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc. 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, in any type of soil and making good surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type all as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire. Note :- Line wire shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one ends and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitting with washer and one hexagonal or square nut n.exc. 5cm long and dia of neck 5 to 10mm etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 10mm dia MS round bars conforming to Fe 410-O as in straining bars in fencing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Extra forming fair finished drain or channel n.exc 30 CM inner girth in cement, concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.
