Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the engineer -in-charge at site., according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) as per satisfaction of Engineer- in -charge through all modes of transportation including head load ,animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour ( if required ). All useful materials such as stones , shingles, aggregates, and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads lifts through alll modes of transportion as per the direction of the Engineer -in- Charge/The recovery for stones ,received from cutting ,jumper work @ one /tenth ,soft rock @ one /sixth and hard roack one/third cubic metre @ 300/- only( Rupees three hundred ) per cubic metre shall be effected on prorata basis in all circumstances. Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement :four sand :eight graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)( Forty milimetre) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with pidilite or Dr.fixit water proofing treatment as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but including carriage of materials up to all leads and lifts

Providing form work with steel plates (3.15mm) three point fifteen milimetre thick welded with angle iron in frame (30x30x5mm) ( Thirty x thirty x five milimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc., with wooden battens and ballies/steel props, height of propping and centering below supporting floor up to all floor and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(i). Providing and fixing cup board shelves/boxes with 25 mm thick veneered particle board IS : 3097 marked, exterior grade (Grade I), of approved make with necessary screws and bright finished stainless steel piano hinges, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):-With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/ sqm) as per direction of Engineer-in-chargeincluding carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying marble work (Table rubbed and polished) in flooring 20mm. thick base in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3sand) including jointing with cement mortar 1:2(1 white cement:2 marble dust) with an admixure of pigment to match the shade of the marble. 20 mm thick Baroda green marble including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Kota stone slab flooring with 20mm (twenty milimetre ) thick base of cement mortor 1:4 (one cement is to four sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab. Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of No.ing of steps etc. complete 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate as per the direction of the Engineer- in- charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing false ceiling of Himalyan Aphony gloss ceiling tiles made of wood fibre cement composite 15 mm thick covered with accoustically Absorptive mocrofibre of size (600x600) mm of shade installed on T24 U Grid specially designed for Acoustic vibration etc. as per the direction of the Engineer- in- charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer.-M.S. tube as per the direction of the Engineer- in- charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Painting on G.S. sheet / other metal surfaces with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :-New work (two or more coats) including a coat of approved steel primer but excluding a coat of mordant solution as per the direction of the Engineer- in- charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.
