M&L for GREs tough HD polished ceramic tiles 10mm/11mm (light shade of square/ rectangular) , area of each tiles not exc 0.72 sqm in floors etc,.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 laying floor finished complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GREs tough HD polished ceramic tiles 10mm (light shade of square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm in walls skirting etc,.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces as in backing coat for tiles.complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Rimless Single piece-WC with UF soft close seat cover, Hinges, Fixing Accessories, Accessories Set and Cistern fittings,Size: 360x675x750 mm, S Trap-300 mm including making good to floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Stainless steel railing special alloy (grade 304) pipe 1.50 mm thick and any dia of pipe, incl necessary cutting , notching organ welding , grinding and drlling counter sunk holes and bending required shape by mechanical means in factory as per requirement withou forming wrinkles and butting polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Aluminium composite panel work for 3mm or 4mm partition wall and necessary fittings, screws and fixing arrangement and finishing of any colour as approved by Engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of Old surface of wall by filling cracks by fill paste of crack filler removing loose paint etc ,removing nails etc and making good surface by applying two coat wall care putty in complete area ,smoothen surface by sand paper and applying two coat of plastic emulsion paint over coat of primer complete all as spd & directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or un plastered surface of walls, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot , moulds moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots including all necessary scaffolding and applying One coat cement base paint (white or tinted ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete with design Mix M-30 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/ Dismantled material Rs. (-) 60750.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule of Credit Note1: Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum' Note 2:- The tenderer must keep in mind when quoting rates against items out in multiple store house having height 4 mts to 7 mts. Necessary scaffolding and saftey measures required during execution of work are including in this items.
