Drilling,Trail bore (DTH ) method of 155 mm (6.5" ) inch dia upto 200 meter depth below ground level in any kind of soil strata including hard stone/boulder including electric logging, MS cap, MS flat iron clamps, reducing socket etc. Note :- The Firm shall be used initially higher size drill bit till loose soil of the bore over and the cost for the same is also mkeasured and paid under the item only and all as per site requirements as directed by Engineer -in-Charge

Drilling, Trail bore of 155mm(6.5") inch dia exceeding 200 meter depth below ground level and upto 400 RM in any kind of soil strata including hard stone/boulder Notes for Item No 2&3 :- (i) Collection and submitting of soil strata at every 10 Mtr depth and every change in strata for entire depth of borewell containedn in suitable hard wood box of suitable size for each sample and box shall be fixed with 3mm thick plain glass in front side and writing the details as directed. (ii) Location of borewell and depth to be dug as recommended by CGW or BWSSB or any Agency as Approved by GOI or state Govt body. (iii) Removal of mud/Slurry from the site shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate. (iv) The rate quoted is deemed to include for hire charges of rig, T&P, Machinery, fuel charges, labour, consumables, transportations, drilling and operation including use and waste of all necessary appliances and materials in all respects to entire satisfaction of complete work all as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Fixing cost for MS reducer, bail plug, Well cap, MS strip for centering, MS iron clamps, electric logging and sample strata box.

Development of tube well with compressed air and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water till clear water is received complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Carrying out yield test (V-notch type) of bore well continously for 16 hours over 3 days in the presence of departmental representative to determine safe pumping yield / pumping capacity and submitting the test report complete all as specified and directed. Note: T&P required for yield testing shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt.

Supply, lowering, installation UPVC casing Pipe 250 mm dia 10kg/sqcm, ISI marked heavy duty conforming to IS: 12818 including all connected accessories and fixing arrangement duly reaming bore hole with T&P / machinery upto 40 Metres from ground level fixed in vertical position in bore well and packing with pea gravel of size 5 to 10mm in the annular space between the pipe assembly and the bore hole complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying,lowering and fixing into bore 175mm(07") inch nominal bore, MS casing pipe as per IS-4270 having 6mm wall thickness ERW duly welded both side socketed ends and packing with pea gravel of size 5 to 10mm in the annular space between the pipe assembly and the bore hole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply, lowering, installation UPVC(RMS) pipes with ribs (slotted pipes) 125 mm dia 10kg/sqcm, ISI marked heavy duty conforming to IS: 12818, including all connected accessories and fixing arrangement duly reaming bore hole with T&P / machinery upto 400 Metres from ground level , fixed in vertical position in bore well complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , lowering, installing, testing and commissioning of Submersible pump set, vertical type, multi stage with copper wound brass impllers duly coupled to submersible motors electric driven 6 HP(minimum capacity as per yield of borewell) 415 Volts, 3Phase, 50 Hz suitable to meet the head and discharge of the above borewell after yield testing,including connecting of pipes and electic connections etc., as per site requirements complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor shall submit techincal literature of submersible pumpset for approval of GE. Make: KIRLOSKAR / CG / JYOTHI/ GRUNDFOS

Supply and laying flat submersible copper conductor cable 1100 volt grade, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed with multi stranded copper conductor of size 6.0 sq mm, 3 core cutting to required length, connecting with necessay ferruls/ water proof joint, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, lowering and fixing High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) 40mm dia of pressure rating 16 kg/cm2 and lowering into bore well all as directed.

S&F GI tubing medium grade 50 mm dia in floor/ trenches /walls with all fittings complete all as specified and as directed. Note :-1. Excavation & earthwork will be measured and paid seperatly under respective item of schedule. 2. MS clamps , nuts, bolts & washers etc are included in the rates quoted.

Supply and fix Non return valve medium grade 50mm size galvanised iron with fitting conmplete as specified and as directed.

M&L for Construction of brick masonary valve chamber of inner dimentions 450 x 450 x 450 mm with 23 cm thick brick masonary wall in CM 1:6, PCC base in 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate of 7.5cm thick, plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 both inner & outer face of brick masonary, 7.5 cm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) copping, angle iron frame 30x30x6 mm size with 3mm thick MS sheet chamber cover single opening arragnment with lock system, all as directed including painting the steel surface with two coats of first quality synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and two coats of white wash to plastered surfaces of chamber after necessary preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of pipe lines etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with excavated soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing the excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Screening excavated earth (passing through 12 mm square mesh), laying riddled earth in trenches for cable protection, under and above Cable all as specified in SSR Part - I (Clause No 19.75) and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Punned thickness of riddled earth of 18 cm will be measured and paid.

M&L for providing of new sub class 'B' bricks, old size, well burnt laid flat dry for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement cable of XLPE insulated armoured LT cable 1100 volts grade of size 35 Sqmm 3 1/2 core, in tenches / on walls /poles including suitable MS clamps for fixing, connecting , testing and commissioning for building service connections including taking down the exisitng unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES :- Earthwork, sand filling, brick protection shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Fabricate, install and testing factory made L T Panel, outdoor type, weather proof having both side openable hinged door shutters with locking arrangement, size of chamber 60cm x 45cm x 45cm made of 3mm thick CRCA sheet, powder coated paint inside and outside, welded with 4 Nos angle iron legs of size 40 x 40 x 6mm, 1mtr long duly painted with two coats of black enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer and erected in PCC 1:3:6, type C2 foundation of suitable size including supply and fixing the following accessories:- (a) MCCB, Four pole, 415 volts, 16 kA, 63 Amps Cap with fixed thermal magnetic release (In coming) -01 Nos (b) MCCB Four pole 415 V,16 KA 32 Amps Cap with fixed thermal magnetic release (out going) -01 Nos (c) Bus Bar chamber with aluminium strip 200 A capacity,with heat shrinkable insulating sleeve, size 40x5mm, 4 Nos of required length supported on FRP insulators, internal wiring for indicators with 6.0 sqmm copper cable single core of required length. (d) Star Delta starter suitable up to 15 HP submersible pump set - 1Nos (e) Single Phase preventor, 415 volts, 50 Hz - 1 No (f) Dry run trip relay set-01 Nos (g) Digital type Voltmeter and Ammeter - 1set (h) Phase Indicator lamps with LED bulbs for R,Y,B with copper cable wiring - 1 set
