Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and disposing of debris out off the premises complete all as directed.

Demolition brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work as in staging of PVC water storage tanks and like complete all as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil all as directed.

Returning filling in excavated soil including spreading levelling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point all as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for fly ash brick 75 kg/cm.sq compressive strength. Modular size, is straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 over brick or concrete wall surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, testing & Commissioning of Solar water heating system Evacuated Tube Collector type, based on indirect heat transfer of capacity 500 LPD, electrical heating back up of heating element of 5KW with thermostat, 500 litres glass lined non-stick make up tank with working system pressure not less than 0.3 kg/Sq.cm including suitable iron staging complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of capacity 500 Ltrs with suitable float valve and threaded type cover, IS: 12701 marked (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed.

Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer on new or untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth including necesssary preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in repairs of Chlorinated Polyvinyl - chloride (CPVC) pipe 25 mm outer dia, SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified.

Supply and laying in repairs 25 mm dia bore, GI Tubes, 'Medium grade’, galvanised, with all fitting; laid in trenches complete all as specified.

Material and labour for wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the 2x6.0 sq. mm + 1x4.0 sq. mm earth wire of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed in PVC conduit as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fabricating, laying and testing of header made out of MS tube “C” class as per Drawing No 01 attached with PS, including taking out old unserviceable CI pipe header complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation work shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking out old unserviceable 50 mm dia bore steel tubing and connections from tube well including cleaning for refixing or removal to AGE E/M store complete all as directed

Taking out 80mm dia bore steel tubing and connections from trenches including cleaning for refixing or removal to AGE E/M store complete all as directed. Note: Excavation work shall be measured and paid separately.

Supplying, fabricating, lowering of 50 mm dia bore heavy duty GI column pipe into the tube well with all fittings alongwith light grade PVC 20mm conduit pipe, including connecting the end with submersible pump set and delivery pipe and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: Minor spare parts such as bracket, socket, nut & bolt if any required during installation for proper function deemed to be included in the quoted rate of contractor.

Relaying and testing 80mm bore GI tube in trenches including provision of fittings as required complete all as specified and directed. Note: If any fittings such as bend, tee etc., found damaged/unserviceable while relaying the same shall be replaced with new fitting at no extra cost to department which deemed to be included in contractor quoted rate.

Taking down of old unserviceable Centrifugal Pump Set of discharge capacity 1542 LPM with motor from Site-C and transporting it to AGE E/M Store complete all as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Centrifugal Vertical Turbine Pump set having following specifications: - No. of stages- 9 Discharge - 1542 LPM (Minimum required) Head - 90 meter (Minimum required) Speed -1450 RPM (During stable operation) Suitable Column Dia -100 mm Shaft Dia - 33 mm Column length 20 meter (max permissible length) Discharge head D-100 Type of Lubrication- Water Bowl Efficiency 78 % (Minimum required) Input at shaft 29.07 BKW Suitable Motor -37 KW /50HP, VHS Motor, SPDP, 3 PH, 415 V, FRAME-CVD200B1 Vacuum Gauge- 1 No Pressure Gauge- 1 No Material of Construction Bowl & Suction Bell - CI Impeller - Bronze Impeller Shaft & line Shaft – SS Discharge Head - CI Outlet size 150mm dia bore AC, 3 phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, conforming to IS 8034 and IS 9283 and including electrical connections and water proof joints etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rate quoted by contractor includes minor alteration to existing foundation/suction pipe/ delivery pipe at site if necessary to suite manufacturer specification.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Horizontal Multistage Pump set of capacity 346 LPM discharge at the head of 120 Mtr, pump nominal speed 1450 Rpm, factory assembled with induction squirrel cage electric motor of rating CGL IE2 SAF 15KW, 2P, B2, 160M 415V 50Hz including, vacuum gauge, pressure gauge, electrical copper cable connection with 25 sqmm single core 6 run upto 5m length, MS base frame and all other accessories like coupling nut, bolts, gland packing, washers or any other petty items required for fixing, civil work complete all as specified and directed. Note: Material of Construction shall be as per relevant IS.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Multistage Submersible Pump set of discharge not lesserthan 160 LPM at the head of 90 Metre, factory assembled with induction squirrel cage electric motor operational on 440 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase Motors with rating 3.7 KW, 5HP with bronze impellars, including lowering pump after connecting with column pipe, provision of electrical copper flat cable 6 sq.mm three core ISI marked from lower end of well i.e from submersible pump set to terminal switch gear box, MS base frame and all other accessories like coupling nut, bolts, gland packing, washers or any other petty items required for fixing, civil work complete all as specified and directed. Note: Material of Construction shall be as per relevant IS.

Note:- The amount against Schedule of Credit on Page No.________shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contarct Sum for Acceptance.
