M&L for scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n. exc 400 sqm and exc 50mm and n. exc 100mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 7.5 cm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM in , with coarse aggregate or granite, trap, basalt of grading 2 (63 to 40mm) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient materials and camber as required using roller exc 8 tonne n.exc 12 tonnes complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of unsurfaced WBM surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked, mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 Kg. Per 10 Sq.M using paving bitumen of Grade VG-30 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Premixed Bituminous macadam using paving bitumen, laid/rolled and compacted with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned black top surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 Kg. Per 10 Sq.M using paving bitumen of Grade VG-30 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Bituminous Premixed Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete, 40 mm consolidated thickness, using paving bitumen of Grade VG - 30, with 5.5% of binder content by weight of total mix using Hot Mix Plant and laid with Mechanical Paver, rolled and compacted with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Repairs to pot holes exceeding 30 mm depth,area not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen 5 kg /10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg /10 Sqm binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity and consolidated including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Road Marking Strips, Lines, Dashes, Arrows, Letters etc of 2.5 mm thick [Reflective Type] of colour White or Golden Yellow on roads, pavements and the like not exceeding 10cm wide with Hot Thermoplastic material by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heater, driven by skilled operator on road surface including cleaning the road surface of all dirt, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono crystalline solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one Ni-cd rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repairs cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector equivalent to model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

S&F in repairs 800mm dia of convex mirror made of Polycarbonate material provided with suitable steel pipe post of 75mm dia as per site requirement. It shall be meant for road turning, intersections, curves, T Junctions, Hospital, Parking lots etc. It shall be also ideal for surveillance. It should have clear & definite mirror image having 130 degree of viewing angle. It shall be unbreakable & stronger than glass and fixed on ground by PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 including necessary excavation, removal of excavated soil etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L stone kerb of roughly squared stones of size 20cm x 30cm, dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 6mm for top and exposed surfaces of side and 20mm for the rest of surfaces jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck flush complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Moorum/Red bajri filling in pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick spread, levelled and rammed including watering all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor/hard-standing/path finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
